A Technician showed up, at my door within 30 minutes he quickly figured out the issue with my water heater and was able to replace it within two hours of the phone call.

Kris, with Landmark Plumbing, a highly, formally educated plumber, provided me with exceptional, professional, and personal customer service, a pleasant personality, prompt job completion with proper long lasting quality parts with 100% guarantee. I had four (4) plumbing issues that Kris needed to address; install a kitchen faucet and replace the mechanism in the toilet tank, a falling bathroom sink and a major/main pipe leaking under the house. This leaking pipe is the pipe that both bathrooms feed into before going out to the city’s main pipeline. A termite company found the leak. I went online to find a plumber to resolve all these problems. When I saw Landmark Plumbing Service had a high 5.0 perfect reviews compared to other plumbing companies I called them. As I recall, Kris came to the house the next day. On that day, I described my four issues to him. Kris at once replaced the mechanism in the toilet tank and installed the new kitchen faucet I had. Before he replaced the faucet, he noticed that my water pressure was excessively high coming from the city main water system. Kris recommended and authorized the installation of a pressure regulating system. The pressure regulating system guaranteed the work Kris performed in the house, and I realized a much improved, cost saving flow with all water related appliances.
Kris went under the house and took pictures of the leaking pipe.
He went into the bathroom vanity and took pictures of the falling sink. He explained in plain language what the problems were and what is needed to efficiently correct the problems. From my house Kris transferred the pictures with his voicemail instructions to his drywall and painter subcontractor. Kris would then replace the piping. Kris’s solution for the falling sink was to replace it with a drop-in sink. He sent the picture and the measurement of the sink opening to his research person to find the right drop-in sink. This saved me from having to buy a costly new vanity. Kris and the subcontractor completed fixing my four (4) plumbing issues within less than one week’s time to my complete satisfaction. Kris and Nick kept continuous contact with me.

Fast, courteous service and excellent attention to detail. Our hot water was out for days due to an issue with our tankless system. Nick quickly identified the root cause, corrected a network/WiFi issue affecting the system, and replaced our descaling canister to ensure long-term performance. Even more, he repaired our broken kitchen sink handle (that was falling off!) and a loose outdoor valve. It means a lot when a busy professional takes that extra time to go above and beyond.

My kitchen sink got clogged and was leaking. After calling my property management company, they advised me that Nicholas from Landmark Plumbing will schedule an appointment. I called Nick to see what his availability looked like. Apparently I was already scheduled for Friday (two days away). Nick however, made himself available to solve issue the moment I called him.
Upon arrival he immediately started working with great professionalism. He found multiple issues, all which he handled and fixed on the spot. He is very approachable and courteous. I really was grateful that he understood my sense of urgency.
He truly went above and beyond.

Nick and Leo from Landmark Plumbing came today and replaced my water heater. They were contacted by my home warranty company yesterday afternoon and were at my home today. They were polite, professional, on time, clear about what they needed from me to prepare for the water heater replacement. They called ahead of time letting me know when they would arrive and were in and out in about 1 hour. I really appreciated their professionalism and great job done. I highly recommend them.

I called Landmark because of their excellent reviews, and they did not disappoint. They were able to come to our house the same day I called, which was super helpful. Nick was punctual, courteous, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and was able to fix our issues and replace our garbage disposal efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We had made a claim with our first year home insurance, which can be such a hassle to have the request fulfilled by a quality professional, and this company came through. Freaking hero! Had an emergency where the toilet started flushing INTO THE SHOWER TUB and flooding raw sewage all over the bathroom. The pipes of the entire complex were completely backed up due to poor initial installation and lack of upkeep. I may have the worst landlord in the world who didn’t want to spend a cent (it took almost a week for him to even agree to call), but Nicolas advocated on my behalf to at least get the shower, toilet, and sinks working again. It was the hugest literal mess of a job, and he disinfected everything after. I’m off to CVS now for even more bleach, and maybe a flame thrower.

I used Nicholas at Landmark right after I moved into my home almost 2 years ago. He is so fabulous at explaining the problem and the options, allowing me to make the choice on how to move forward. He also took the time to go through my inspection report and explain to me items that may come up in the future.
