Hello Friends and Neighbors - I live in Monterey and recently experienced a leak in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I contacted Landmark Plumbing and they responded to my service request immediately. Nick from Landmark Plumbing arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly as a leaky drain which needed to be replaced. Nick worked quickly and efficiently at replacing the drain and ensuring that there was no further leaks after replacement. Nick was friendly and professional and I am extremely pleased with both the service and the results. Thank you Landmark Plumbing.

Had a failing sump pump causing water build up. Called Landmark Plumbing and Chris understood it was urgent so arranged to get someone out within a couple of hours. Nicholas came. It’s always a pleasure working with CALEB. He’s very courteous and professional. He redid the plumbing in my mothers bathroom a few months ago and everything is great. In Monterey, they replaced my main line hookup and put in new copper pipes. They were prompt, polite and very professional and did a fantastic job. They also went the extra mile to replace soil that had to be dug out. I feel great having a plumber I can trust.

GP Piping came down to my apartment in Pacific Grove and remedied the issue within the hour. Very professional, organized and clean. Straight to the point and great job explaining what the issue was/is. Would recommend to others, as well as use their services again in the future.

A couple of days ago, we noticed our shower, toilet and sinks were backed up after running a load of laundry. We asked around to friends and family to see if we could possibly borrow a snake to fix it ourselves but had no luck! Thank god GP Piping(Specifically Caleb) came to our rescue! He first came to help to take care of our original clog, which we thought worked but later sadly did not, and was very aware and concerned about his time management to keep our cost as low as possible. When we realized that night that the clog either came back or was something more serious, they came to our rescue again as soon as possible to find the real root of the problem, but still made sure to help keep the cost down for us. Thank you so much to Caleb and GP Plumbing for being our lifesavers and taking care of our home!!!

Our RO system was constantly running water and needed a part. We received the part and we set up an appointment with Caleb. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am today and he was prompt and ready to get to work. He fixed the RO with the new part then installed a new kitchen faucet. Caleb did a great job. WE HAVE FINALLY FOUND OUR PLUMBER!

Ani was fantastic at getting here on a weekend and saving my bacon with my toilet issues. Was able to use a snake to get way into the pipes, then used his camera on the other end to make sure everything was out.
He was even gracious enough to clean my bathroom for me and offer a discount. I'd definitely call them again! Thank you!

The best plumber in Watsonville, called at 7:30 am and got my appointment at noon the same day. Caleb set my new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and air gap in two hours and the new plumbing! Highly recommend. ken sisk

I can't say enough about this company. As a homeowner for many years, I have had many people do repairs, remodels, and NEVER have I had someone who explained everything so thoroughly, complete the job so professionally, and clean up so well after everything was done! Caleb did several projects including grey water system, sewer installation and toilet/sink repair. I recommend GP Piping to all my friends and neighbors!

Caleb quickly identified the leak in our garage ceiling as the wax seal on our toilet (which was on the second story above the leak). He quickly replaced the seal and noticed that the seat had not been secured properly to the floor which was cause of the seal being compromised. He also replaced the sink poppers and water supply lines in 2 bathrooms (3 sinks). He cleared out a slow draining sink, replaced the cartridge in a leaking faucet, and replaced the p-trap and piping underneath one sink that weren't done properly. He is very detailed oriented, does a very good job, and cleans up everything when he's finished. Too many people in the service industry leave you with a mess to clean up when they're gone, but not Caleb. He is very professional and very good. He did the work described above at my home. He has also done work for us at our church. He installed new sinks and faucets in our bathrooms. And he installed all of the new plumbing necessary to install a sink in a room that we are converting into a breakroom. He also replaced a water heater. I highly recommend him.

GP Piping did an outstanding job today! My home in Pacific Grove has a clay sewer pipe that tree roots easily invade and cause a clog. Caleb gave me a very fair estimate to replace a broken 3' section of sewer pipe. They do excellent work. This is now my go-to plumbing company!

Initial installation was an electric water heater replacement. In the course of this job, it was discovered that the PG water pressure was double that recommended. The solution of installing a prv and expansion tank for this nearly 100 year old bungalow turned out to be quite challenging, but Greg and GP Piping found a solution. Very thorough and professional. They stand behind their work. I would certainly use them again.

A local company that provided the best quality plumbing work I have ever seen. They responded quickly on December 30 to tap off a sudden shower valve leak so my family would not have to live without water new year's eve and new year's day. They returned early in the new year to install new copper piping, shower valve and kit, and they also replaced a malfunctioning outside water shut off valve and pressure regulator.

Caleb came to install my new kitchen faucet and repair a leak under the sink. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend their service. I am using them again to install new bathroom fixtures. Great company!

I called at 6am on a Friday and a whole, live person actually answered! I needed a kitchen sink clog in a rental house cleared and they scheduled it immediately for only a few hours later that morning. They confirmed the appointment with the tenant and Caleb arrived exactly within the 2 hour window I was given. He did a tremendous job cleaning the gunk from the drain underneath the subfloor. He called me when he was done to explain in detail what the issue was and how he fixed it. The clog-clearing service cost exactly what I was quoted on the phone.
