I can't say enough great things about this plumbing service technicians, Jonathan and Matt!! They got back to me within five minutes and said they could come out right away to give me a free estimate. True to their word, they arrived in 20 minutes and fixed my leaky faucet along with securing my sprayer to the wall. Rather than charge me for a trip to a hardware store, Jonathan found a piece of wood in his vehicle to use. There was a small amount of sawdust from the drill and Matt cleaned up better than my housekeeper, lol. They were both pleasant and professional and completed the job quickly. was happy with the speed for johnathon to arrive. he quickly determined a new heater was required. he picked up new rheen 30 minutes. he quickly did installation and clean up. will definetly call 1-800-plumber further need arrises. thank you johnathon

For some reason I had a hard time finding someone to run a gas line to my fireplace in Monterey. These guys, Jonathan and Rod, came out the next day and were friendly and very experienced. The estimate was fair, and when the time came to do the job they showed up on time and did the work quickly and cleanly. They even connected the gas fireplace set I had purchased online. Communication was excellent before,during, and after. I rarely review a company just doing their job but these guys are great.

1800 Plumber Air came out to replace a leaking valve under our kitchen sink and suggested that our garbage disposal be replaced. So, we purchased a new garbage disposal from 1 800 Plumber and had it installed. Both were done professionally, efficiently and within 45 minutes.
I gave them my credit card and the tech said they would email me a invoice. I did not see or sign the invoice. I received an invoice for the total amount with out any details for work done. I called them and asked that they send me a invoice with parts and labor for work done, especially since I purchase a new garbage disposal from them that has a warranty that they said they would honor. After multiple attempts to get a proper invoice. I was told they only give total amount paid for the job and do not provide details!
This is the reason for the rating. They are definitively more expensive than other plumbers I have used!!

A hose bib next to my main shutoff valve snapped off. I tried to sweat out the 1/2 in copper pipe but couldn't do it. I even started to try drilling it but then decided to get a plumber before I did real damage.

1 800 Plumber had the best reviews and replied promptly. Jonathan showed up and was able to get the pipe out and save me a more costly repair. Nice gentleman!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday where the pipe that my washer drains into was over flowing with all the water from all my sinks and bathtub and overflowing into our garage . He was out within 40 minutes. It was a hard pipe to snake out as there were multiple 90 degree traps in the pipe . After trying for am hour and a half with multiple snakes He had a co worker come assist and they got it done . Thanks for keeping at it and trying all options until it was fixed . Give these guys a raise . They were awesome !

Did a good job but talk about extortion! I was stuck between a rock and a hard place with a leaking bathtub faucet in the wall on fourth of July weekend. They would not give me a quote until they came out (which they knew I would accept since I didn’t have a choice) and quoted me $1200 “depending on how long it took” so I figured was the top end. Wrong. Took the guy about two hours to get parts and took him about as long to cut out and replace the whole thing. He did a good job so no complaints there. Then he charged me the full price without a breakdown or even an explanation. The invoice was just as vague. So good on them for price gouging me because they could and not even trying to justify it! If you’d like to pay the absolute maximum amount for good work then look no further!

We were lucky to have found this company! Their technician (Jonathan) was in the area the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was (a different company couldn’t figure it out) and fixed it quickly and at a fair rate.
We will definitely use them again!

We were very impressed with Jonathan and the excellent customer service he gave throughout the whole process. He was very communicative and thoughtful. Once he determined which hot water heater would be best for our home, he came over with his crew of two additional techs, all of whom were very friendly yet professional. For as much additional work was needed, and the high quality of the hot water heater… we were amazed at the low cost. Thank you!

Richard, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. A circuit board on my furnace went out. He figured out a temporary fix so I could heat my house while we were waiting for a part to arrive. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that needs HVAC work done.

Thoroughly impressed by the crew’s professionalism, honesty and friendliness. They care for their customers, I was walked through all that was being done to line the sewer line. There was very minimal disruption to my property’s landscaping and the work completed so efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend this company. They have become my go to for future jobs when needed.

I had called several local plumbing businesses to handle an emergency situation, but none responded. 1-800-Plumber+Air took my call and showed up within the hour. Jonathan assessed the project, gave an estimate, and after several hours of working to clear a mainline blockage, he reached the blockage 100 feet out, cleared it, and then cleaned up the mess. Nothing was added to the original estimate. Highly recommend for expert service and fair pricing.

We were pleased with a Greenhouse repair that included replacing a swamp cooler motor, upgrading plumbing and fixtures, and replacing several wall panels. Full service operation, reasonable estimate, and excellent communication.

Fast, dependable service. Contacted via Yelp and got a response in 10 min. It was already after 4pm and I was concerned no one was available to address my office toilet leaking sulfur smell. But they sent out Jonathan and he was considerate with the noise in my office space while still treating patients and explained everything in detail. I’d definitely use them again and happy to have a reliable plumber to call on in the future!
