Absolutely great experience working with GP piping. I discovered a leak underneath my house at 12 PM after the Cal Am inspector came out. I called GP piping at 1 o’clock, and then Caleb came out to the house at 6 PM to install a temporary waterline. The service was extremely professional and faster than I could’ve imagined. I truly appreciate their ability to come on such short notice and fix the underground pipes without any issues.

Had a leak with our toilet today. Called around to a few places with zero luck. Found GP Piping via google and gave them a call. Wanted to keep the business within Watsonville to support my community. These guys were GREAT!!! Super fast to schedule me and give an estimate. Was willing to work within my budget without hassle. Less than half hour later the crew showed up and knocked out the work within moments. I will defiantly be keeping their number handy and would recommend them to anyone that asks. Absolutely exceptional service by Caleb at GP Piping! I called late on a Friday night (after reading numerous positive Google reviews about GP Piping) due to my water heater leaking/breaking. During the call, he told me what to do in terms of turning off the gas to the water heater, as well as the incoming water, and we made arrangements for Caleb to stop by on Monday, seeing as that worked best for me. Caleb explained everything to me and answered all of my questions regarding installing a new water heater and expansion tank. The install was seamless and my hot water was back in no time. Caleb takes great pride in his work, and it definitely shows!

Caleb is the quintessential professional - he is very knowledgable, friendly, and is a great listener to his customers. This is the second time Caleb has come to my rescue. I had a pipe break and he was there the next day to fix it and then found that the pressure valve outside on my main water line coming into the house wasn’t working anymore. So de ordered that part and was back in a few days to install it and a Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff valve by Moen that I purchased. I would highly recommend, GP Piping for your plumbing needs

GP Piping did an extremely hard installation of a new water heater for my parents in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The water heater was in the attic and could only be accessed through a very small ladder and crawl space. They did it professionally and timely and I couldn't recommend them more.

Caleb & Michael did an excellent job with a plumbing issue I recently had. They took a giant pipe out of the wall and 2 days later it looked like no one had been here! Really appreciate their hard work - I would recommend them to anyone in the area

We called 1-800-Plumber to help with a backflow preventer for the main supply on a shared community well, and a recirculation pump for one of the water heaters. We were notified when our technician Jonathan was on his way to the site. On-time, professional and quality work. We recommend this company and will be using again

Called for an emergency service. They were able to dispatch someone within an hour. The plumber who showed up (Joseph) was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Had my system up and running in no time. He was very thorough in the clean up as if he was never even here. Pricing was fair and excellent customer service. I highly recommend and will be telling everyone about this company for their plumbing needs.

Jonathon and his team were great! They were very conscious of the home with young children and polite when entering the home. They provided awesome service even, after normal business hours, so the home would have a working plumbing system. Rare to find such dedicated service personnel. I would recommend them anywhere anytime...the absolute best!

I had already called and scheduled with a competitor, but, found a coupon for a drain clean out with 1-800... and read a few reviews, and decided to give them a call. Straight forward discussion of my problem and they sent 2 guys out within a few hours. They cleared the pipe and allowed me to see the roots on video, AND honored my coupon price - which included the tax. They've made my phone contacts for sure - for future use.
