Landmark plumbing answered my call within 10 minutes. Nicholas came out within a couple of hours and replaced my water heater. There were other things wrong because it’s a very old house. He offered me suggestions and alternatives and after I made my choices, he worked hard and fast and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, and Nicholas knows a lot about plumbing. He did a great job, cleaned up before he left and drove away with a smile on his face. I’ll definitely be using Landmark again. I highly recommend them.

We used Landmark Plumbing Inc. when we noticed our shower and toilet wouldn't drain and water began leaking into our crawl space. Nicholas was extremely responsive and worked with our home warranty on more than one occasion. Not only did he flush, snake, and camera inspect our sewer line, he also noticed our toilet wasn't operating correctly. In very short order, Nicholas had removed the clog and replaced our toilet, allowing our home to function like normal again. (And on a Sunday, too!) He tells me he also services and repairs Rinnai tankless water heaters, so will have him come back to service mine and replace the Scale cutter. Expensive, but what plumber isn't? Nicholas was extremely professional, on time, and completed services in less than 24 hours of when I submitted my warranty claim. We had a leak in our sewage pipe and he made sure to find the leak AND repair our wax ring in our toilet.
