Just used Legacy to make some property updates. They were fast and knowledgeable. They charged almost half of what my other estimate charged. Definitely recommend!

Trey is the best out there by far, judging at least by my experience living in the area for many years now. He is extremely competent, very honest, very fair, and just good natured and professional overall. Believe me, you can't go wrong with Legacy Plumbing.

Legacy Plumbing

Two simple questions:
Would I hire Legacy Plumbing again? Would I recommend them to family and friends?
The answer is yes, without hesitation. Here is my experience:

I needed a plumber to do the rough-in work for a kitchen and bathroom renovation on my house. The renovation is permitted and I am acting as the owner/builder GC. Most good subcontractors are very busy these days and this situation was no exception. As I am new to the area I asked around for recommendations and came up with a list of four plumbers for consideration. I met with all four and I solicited bids from three of the four. There was quite a price range in the bids and while cost was not the deciding factor, I chose Andrew Young, owner of Legacy Plumbing to do the work. I found Legacy’s pricing to be fair, reasonable, and ultimately a good value for money.

First off, Andrew’s communication was excellent. He is very personable and returned phone calls, followed up without prompting and took the time to visit the site twice during the interview process. Nothing is more frustrating to me that being unable to communicate with a contractor or business and Andrew was off to a great start in this regard.

Andrew’s written bid was straightforward and encompassed everything that we had discussed during the site walkthrough. Payment terms are simple and very fair. Andrew clarified a few questions that I had regarding the job and his answers told me everything I needed to know and I signed the contract for the work. We agreed upon a start date and an approximate schedule for completion. Andrew called prior to arriving on the first work date to let me know what time he would begin work. I was impressed with Andrew’s work ethic, workmanship, and his “get it done” attitude. He completed all work on time and on schedule as promised.

Upon review by the compliance inspector, all of the work passed inspection and I can now move on with the next phase of the project.

Legacy Plumbing offers a full line of plumbing services including repairs and inspections and although I have only used them for a retrofit/renovation, I have no doubt that their commitment to customer service will be appreciated regardless of the nature of the job.

In today’s world it’s all too common to find negative reviews and it makes me happy to post an honest review of a very positive experience with a local contractor. Thanks Andrew.

Same day service, reasonable rates, great work. Everything you need in a plumbing service!

Same day service on a Saturday by the owner himself! He was prepared with all the parts and tools needed to complete the job on the spot, and couldn't have been more kind and professional the entire time. I highly recommend GWP, and they'll definitely be my first and only call in the future.

I got a referral for George Wilson plumbing. A man who is dependable, reliable, reasonable, great personality. Not pushy. He had Hunter and Jared come out to do the work. Took only one hour. No mess no clean up. They removed everything. I highly recommend them. You won’t feel any regret. Thank you, thank you for your expertise in what you do.

Water heater broke late afternoon, Saturday before Easter. Cedric came out and worked to replace new tank properly. True Professional. Highly recommend. Finished at 11pm and had another call. Amazing.

Taylor was great with scheduling and very knowledgeable. Jermaiyah was good and helped with issue.

Plumbing emergencies are so stressful, especially on weekends. I’m so glad I found After Hour who fixed a leak in our shower less than three hours after getting in touch with them. Jeremiah was very efficient and professional, and communication was great!

Beware. These guys are ready to over inflate prices and try and charge $500+ an hour to do the job. We asked for an evaluation and quote. Water circulation pump where they just had to literally unscrew and screw in a new pump was quoted at 1200 when the pump cost 380. New waterline was quoted at 3000 when material would be about 200 and time of about 1-2 hours. But probably the most absurd… when we decided to not use the company they sent a bill for their evaluation. Stating 3 hours of time, no materials or work otherwise…and billed us 2000. There was no heads up or statement of there rate before getting the bill. Needless to say the state and BBB will be getting contacted. So be very careful with this company unless you want to pay over inflated prices and egregious rates.

I've never had anything but great experiences with After Hour Plumbing & Drain. They've always been extremely professional. I would highly recommend Cedric and his team to anyone.

Sewer line was clogged and Ivan came out and cleared it no problem very quickly and kept us up to date all along the way! Very kind and professional!

I’ll start by saying that it turned out the problem I was having didn’t originate on my property, so I did not end up needing any repairs. However, my experience with Taylor in the office and Jeremiah, who came out within 70 minutes (not bad for rush hour traffic) was extremely pleasant. They were very professional and friendly, and it was reassuring to know that I could get help promptly.

Ivan was great! Arrived within the expected window of time, fixed what needed to be fixed and was very friendly! Would highly recommend.
