Brian and Juan were professional, efficient and informative. The job was well done and completed quickly. My only issue was the very high cost and billing rate. I’m quite sure I could have had the work completed at a much lower cost but having it done quickly was a priority.

I rarely give reviews like this, but this was absolutely horrible. They charged me over $400 for a basic snake of my sewer line. The technician then informed me that it still was not draining properly and recommended doing another almost $2000 worth of work. Not only this, they left literal raw sewage in my flowerbeds near the clean out and asked another close to $500 to have an additional person come out to clean. Absolute scam and unprofessionalism. Please stay far away.

Let the facts do the talking: tried to charge 3000 flat for a house water regulator replacement. When they realized we knew that was an absurd price they hastily dropped it down to 1600 which is still an absurd price. Any company that tries to highball you instead of giving an honest price upfront isn't worth your time. And if a company can magically drop off 1400 dollars on the price of something, where do you think that money would have ended up?
