Sunday before at 3 pm called in to get a drain unclogged. The operator was very open with the wait times we would be facing but my plumber was here by 7 pm and had the issues fixed in under an hour. Prices fair for the area and same day service.

This was my first time using Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup because my regular plumber was not able to get to me in my time frame; however, Roto-Rooter was able to come to my house and take care of my plumbing within approximately 15 minutes of the time I scheduled them. I was very impressed with their service and ability to get the job done quickly.

The scheduling app on the website was a bit tough to navigate, but once the appointment was booked, everything else went smoothly. Our plumber was Joe Diaz, who was extremely nice in answering any questions that I had, and also helped to unclog the blockage that we were dealing with. The price was a bit steep since we had booked an after hours appointment, but as far as the service, care, and quality of the service, I still have to give 5 stars.

Very prompt and professional. Great warranty on the hydro jet service EXCEPT for the fact that due to our plumbings age and condition, we did not warrant this guarantee. We were not informed of this even being a possibility until after we had signed a contract. I was a bit irritated by this fact but the work was top notch and the guys were very polite and respectful of our property.

Alejandro was the best plumber I’ve ever had! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. Amazing service in time of busy times and need. Jorge was quick to show up, after my initial call with Mike. We needed to replace our corroded shut off valve before in time for Christmas and they delivered for sure. I am glad to have found a reliable and trustworthy service. I will for sure use them again for future work. I highly recommend them.
