Carl was very good. Polite, professional, and solved my problem in a proficient and timely manner.

$500 dollars to unclog small sink and fix a lever in the shower. Prices have trippled. I Wil never call them again.

I will never use them again ! With the new ownership comes pricing that has nearly doubled . They refused to give any idea of what to expect to pay for a scheduled visit , I should have recognized they were hiding the dramatic price increase.

Super rapid, professional, effective (problem solved) and outrageously expensive (nearly ,$600 for a 10 minute job). The 3 stars is the average between 1 star for the cost of the service and 5 for everything else

$550 on two services to eliminate root blockage. First lasted 3 weeks, second unsuccessful. Wanted $500 for camera run of 80 feet. $$$ down the drain. Used them for years-never again. Pacific Grove

One of their drivers in monterey(van #7, a younger hispanic guy) almost ran me into the opposing lanes of traffic, then flipped me off when i honked. Classy. I recieved the runaround, and then no response to repeated phone calls from management regarding my complaint, or at least, my attempts to file one. Never called back or emailed, despite being told theyd call me "right back". Makes me curious how they handle complaints about their work. Not at all reassuring or professional. Use one of the many other plumbers in the area. These guys are a joke.

Horrible customer service - Beware of their warranty!! They overcharged me, didn’t resolve the issue and didn’t honor their guarantee.
The service technician played games and was literally back peddling the things he told me and their guarantee of work. You would be better off doing business with anyone on the peninsula BUT Roto Rooter.

Quoted me 4x as much as five other local plumbing services I reached out to. Their customer base has to be all gullible fools. GET QUOTES FROM OTHER COMPANIES.

Toilet backed up. Came to the house and looked at the drain outside and gave me bid to fix for $2600. I called another firm who came and cleared the blockage with a snake----$200.

This used to be a wonderful service but be aware a new owner took over. unclogging a sink will be $250. We even did all the plumbing work of taking trap apart etc. It is bad business. Will never call them again and perhaps should be reported.

Gerardo Garcia did an excellent job replacing our broken water heater. Professional, polite, competent! Highly recommend !

Daniel Arron and Chuck are great at what they do. They were very informative and always in good spirits. They did an excellent job and will be the only ones I call on for all my plumbing needs.

Daniel is very professional and well knowledgeable about his job. He well informed me about preventive maintenance and the cause of the problems i was having. Daniel is a reason I would use Roto-Rooter and recommend to my friends and family.

By far one of the WORST experiences ever. I normally love to review about great experiences, especially when businesses try to go above and beyond to satisfy customers, but I must say, Roto-Rooter just doesnt care about their clients, they just want money. I had called these guys to fix a problem, but ended up doing a horrible job which required me to call them again THREE times later for the SAME problem. Of course, they charged me an arm and a leg each time. After calling a fourth time for the same problem, the owner starts yelling at me saying that I have no idea what I am talking about. Great customer service right? Save the trouble, and the money, and use another plumbing service. I cannot fathom how horrible Roto-Rooter is.

Excellent service from Anthony!. Explained options and reason for them. Pleasure to talk with. Knows his work and does it. Enjoyed his company and conversations with him. You don't always see that in service. He takes pride in his work, and his company should be proud to have him on board.
