I called them on Oct 1, 2019. Nobody answered the phone but I got a recording.
I left a message about an appliance I needed repaired and my phone number.
It is now Oct 14th and still I have not received a call. How can a business stay in business if they dont even call people back.

Really bad experience I did order my refrigerator part and was the wrong part and went I call back I was told that was a final sale no refunds and also that I should sent a picture of my old part but no one ask me for that!!? So I loos all my money( and the part wasn't cheap!!) Ending keeping a part that I got not used for it and they were trying to sell me a second part after they find out what part do I really need, 🤔 so overall bad customer service and bad way to conduct business!! Definitely never going back and I won't refer anyone to do business there..

Only place open Sundays in Moreno Valley. It's run by an old man and his son who are very polite and knowledgeable. Brought my capacitor down as they offered to test free of charge. Came to be the exact cause of my a.c. not running. Highly recommend to anyone. They have been in business for 40 years so you know they are experienced!
