We hired AM&M to fix our washer. So happy with their service and the price was great! If we ever need anything fixed again we will definitely hire them.

The man was very professional in helping me to fix my dryer. I was going to spend 136.00 on a timer for my dryer but he told me to take him four parts, so he could check them first. One of those four parts was no good and only cost 18 bucks, Instead of wasting $136 on a part that did not need to be replaced. Thank you so much. Will be coming back again for sure

I highly recommend Mario for his reliability, professionalism, and knowledge in servicing my washing machine and installing a new microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Used to be good company but going down hill. Sold me an oven appliance that broke within 2 years and just beyond warranty. Ended being cheaper to replace than to fix. Not sure how they source their inventory but it was absolute garbage quality and should be avoided at all cost.

To top it off, they tried charging me service call fees TWICE just because they came early and "already" the parts.

First experience was decent... but after that has gone down hill. I'm sure service can still be ok but DO NOT touch their parts/ inventory. Shoddy products to say the least.

Mario called me back promptly and is very professional and very knowledgeable of my upright freezer. He helped me with my issue which I thought was the end of my freezer. I will always call him for any future repairs. God bless you Mario.

I woulI would highly recommend this appliance repair company. Mario their technician called me immediately back after I left a voicemail. He diagnosed the problem over the phone he came a few day later and fixed the machine in about an hour. He was clean, fast and Efficient.He was a very nice man. He made this problem i had with my washer easy to handle.

Mario repaired our wall oven. He was very professional and was more than happy to share details about what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.
He was also very responsive and understanding when I called him multiple times to inquire about a part that was sent away to be repaired.
He did a stellar job!

AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! After reading the reviews, I called left message with this company on sunday when my refrigerator went out, early monday morning Mario returned my called , I told him the problem . He said he would squeeze me in that day. He already had an idea of what the problem was before he got here to my home. He came earlier than I expected, very professional, he went through all the details with me which was good to help me understand the necessary repairs. The price was very reasonable, he is a hard working honest man. I am so glad I did not have to purchase another refrigerator, it would have been 3 times the amount the repair. So before you give up on your refrigerator have AM&M check it out for you, you won't regret it! Thank You Mario, I will always use your service!

I had an issue with my Electrolux gas dryer that several other appliance places could not diagnose or fix. I called AM&M and talked to Mario and he was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone for me like a true pro. I had to check and recall him back 3 times as he gave me perfect instructions on what could be wrong. I was finally able to fix the problem myself with not parts or anything. Not many businesses would give you instructions on how to fix a dryer without a service call charge or making an appointment. He didn't even ask for a dime just was happy that I was able to fix the problem. I cannot recommend Mario enough and this business this is what customer service should be. I have been using Mario’s repair services for almost 15 years. He has saved me probably more than 1K in repairs. I give his number to family, friends, new neighbors. Also he has recommended the plumber I use. Trust him in the utmost.

I was having problems with my dryer. Which ended up being my dryer/electrical issue. Mario returned all my phone calls and gave me all my options with pros & cons to all of them. Mario did not force any service or repair or made me feel I had to decide right away. Even when I came to a final decision he was very respectful and made sure I understood the possible outcomes. Definitely will recommend him and I will have my appliances serviced with him.

So far Mario has installed a new dishwasher for us and repaired our gas dryer. Both times he was fast and professional. Always gives you what he thinks might be the case over the phone and a very good estimate. I have always had repair people hem and haw and they never want to give you an estimate. Right now we have a call in to fix our washing machine. He was apologizing about how he couldn’t get here sooner! I’m happy to wait and I’m not going to shop around for prices- his service is worth every penny (I do have an idea of what my repairs cost and he’s on point). He deserves every 5 star review he’s got.

I just wanted to share what an amazing experience we had with Mario coming out to fix our dryer. First off, they are still servicing appliances during this covid season. Google has them listed as temporarily closed and they are still doing service! Mario came out to our home - he was knowledgeable about our dryer type, honest and so respectful. He had it fixed in absolutely no time and had our dryer running! We are now forever customers and will contact Mario in the future for any of our appliance repair needs. Thank you so much!

Mario answered the call and saved the day.
Our washer needed a control panel. I ordered the part from Sears and got a 5 day window for delivery. On the 5th day I got a backorder notice with no new delivery date.
I called AM & M and Mario answered. He was out picking up parts himself and called me back when he got back to his computer.
He corrected the part number and had it ordered and delivered overnight. It fits perfectly.
I can't say enough about the impeccable service and attention to the urgency of the situation.
I highly recommend AM & M for anyone who prefers the DIY route before calling a technician.

Mario is awesome! My dryer wasn’t drying after 2-3 cycles. He was willing to diagnose over the phone to determine the issue rather than coming and charging me $75 to tell me it’s not something he works on. He suggested pulling the dryer away from the wall and testing it without being connected to the vent, and to also check if the vent hose was clear. He was absolutely correct! Nothing was wrong with the dryer, the exhaust vent was just clogged. Saved me $75, saved him a trip, and earned himself a 5 star review!!

OMG... Mario Was a God Sent!💯❤️ My Refrigerator Started Having Problems, and I Thought To Call For Repair. Then I Changed My Mind, and Just Started Looking For Another "Used Frige" After it Completely Died On Me! Can I Tell You For Three Days I 👀, and 👀 Tryin To Find Something "Decent That Would Work". When I Thought I Did it Was Going To b a Situation in Moving it and Setup etc. I was @ Wits End... After 3Days Past With No Working Frige I Had a Cooler and Was Putting ice in It, Do You Know My "Dead Refrigerator" Started Back Up Again Making This Loud Noise!! I Almost Fell Over "WHAT"? That Was a "Sign" I Believe From God To let a Repairman Come Check it Out, and I Did. This Kind Man Mario Was Very Helpful. He Returning My Calls Then Explaining His Setup (Fees etc.) Checked Out My Problem Knew What Was Wrong Told Me The Cost With Ordering a Part. I Excepted The Terms... Great experience! Mario was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired our washing machine. He clearly explained all the error codes and showed me what the issue was. He also gave great tips on how to better use the washer to avoid issues and answered all my questions. He had the belt needed and fixed it. I would absolutely call him again for any appliance needs.
