The guy that answered said they don't service Moreno Valley, and their based out of Moreno Valley lol. Very unprofessional. Not worth your time.

Dryer repair. Tech told me that it was the motor. Motor costs $131. He had to ORDER it. So work couldn't be done for 3-5 days. Labor to install it $120. I have a family of 10 so we couldn't wait 5 days. Decided to buy a new dryer instead. So technician charged me $45 for showing up.

I called them to fix my refrigerator, and the repairman lied and told me it was the motor.. then he pointed to some parts down at the back of my fridge. He charged me $45 for coming out and he left.

The fridge was only 5 months old. So I called the Sears Repairmen and they fixed it for me.
Turns out the motor was perfectly fine. I just made the mistake of not allowing it to air dry before putting it in storage. And a part went bad.

Original appointment was between 9 and 12. I called the company around 11am for an estimated arrival time. They told me that they will be at the house around 3pm. I got another call around 1pm from the repairman out on the field who told me that he just finished a job, and he was on his way to my house. I called him after about 30 minutes for a status update, when the repairman told me that he will arrive around 3pm. He gave me some BS excuses about traffic and freeway closing but when i looked up on google maps, the route was clear. If you don't want to waste a whole day sit around waiting, then I suggest you call someone else.

Made an appointment to have a tech come out and look at my dryer. Supposed to be here between 8:00 and 11:00. The guy doesn't show up. I call him up. It goes. Can you do 12:00 to 3:00? I should have looked at the reviews for this place before I ordered it. They're terrible so don't use these guys. They're a bunch of jerks

Washer machine not working, Wouldn't recommend the guy he is not professional at all ,doesn't have the right tools, and the knowledge . His pricing are way to high, I lost my $100 deposit we have an argument and left the job half way, another company offer me a very professional service and for much less.

Alberto Rios Peñaloza the tech that came out changed me $95 to check my Samsung stove couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it exactly, stated he would call me back !! I text him called him and he never answered nor replied back! Do not use this Guy ! Do Not Use!

I took my subwoofer there last monday told him it kept blowing the fuses out. He said ok its 50 dollars to look at it. Waste of money and time. He didnt fix it didnt even call me had to call and ask him whats going he didnt even know or probably diagnose the problem. He took my money and didnt tell me nothing. Had to pick up my subwoofer and he had it just outside. Dont waste your money.
