These guys have come to our home on two separate occasions, once in 2011 and once in 2015. They are courteous, professional, honest, and competent. We are very happy with their service.

Charged $50. for a 10 second "diagnosis" less than 10 minutes from their place of business. Wanted $350. to replace a $70. fan motor, a 15 minute job. Draw your own conclusions.

Called Patriot after hours and during their busiest time of the year (heatwave) and was given advice on how to troubleshoot my parents AC. My parents are 86 & 83 years old; and as busy as Patriot AC REPAIR was, the technician online graciously supported me in trouble shooting and fixing their AC. Thanks again!

As a long time broker in Moreno Valley, Bob is my HVAC go-to guy. He is honest and more detail oriented than any other vendor with which I have worked.

He worked on our home and many of my client's homes as well.

Cannot recommend him enough!

Came out on same day as my call to service my AC in 100° + heat. Serviced my unit, replaced fuse and added freon at a fair price. Very happy with Patriot.

They installed an new a/c and heat unit. The air conditioner failed the first summer we used it. They fixed it under warranty, but still. Also, they installed the equipment in the ceiling wrong and it caused a leak. We called them and they contested, saying nothing was wrong. We had to show them what they did wrong. They fixed the leak issue but refused pay to have the discoloured area repainted. Told us that if we had paint and brushes laying around they would paint it while they were there. Cannot recommend these people. Update, I downgraded from 2 stars to one because they just lied to you all. The comment the owner just posted that it was a rental home is a lie. It was a brand new unit installed in my residence by Patriot.

I had the pleasure of meeting David yesterday. He was very honest and very thorough on my commercial dipping cabinet unit as well as my AC unit for my business both units were fixed very quickly and very efficiently. I would definitely recommend him and also will be using him for any of my future commercial business units.
