David has worked with me for 5 years in the central Florida area. As you know the summers are extremely hot. We have approximately 70 rental units and when a tenant needed repairs he was there within hours in some cases. Not only is he an hvac professional he has renovated many of homes I have bought to resale. He is a professional in many trades.
