I had a bit of an electrical emergency and this company came through for our business. I needed a new electrical plug changed from a European plug to a US plug. I already had the part and the technician came in to change the plug on the same day. He was professional and courteous. Reasonable pricing as well.

The electrician brought the wrong charger initially for my 2025 Ioniq 5, but he did come back later the same day with the correct one. He seemed to do decent job overall but I am concerned that the charger is wobbly and not securely fastened to the wall in a stud. There was an existing pegboard on top of which the charger was installed -- but for the $1100 installation fee the electrician should perhaps have cut out a piece of the pegboard? I am going to have to contact Epic Electric back, because I am not convinced it is safely secured as it rocks, especially when I pull the connecter out of the "holster." The unit seems very precariously attached at this point.

UPDATE: Epic electric came back and fixed our issue. The electrician was able to remove part of the pegboard, and reinstall the charger, which is now very stable. He even replaced some of pegboard afterwards. Note that Hyundai switched to using a NACS port very recently and it was not Epic’s fault that they initially had the older charger. Thank you for your response and excellent work! Epic electric responded promptly to my issue and solved it. I recommend them with 5 stars.

Epic Electric installed a new chargrpoint for my EV along with adding a new separate outlet outside my garage. The installer, Danny was friendly and quick. He answered all my questions about the install beforehand and then got work and delivered everything in short time. I would happily recommend this company and will work with them again.

This was the first time using this company for my electrical needs. I have a new EV and needed an electrician to install a charger for it. Everything went smoothly from scheduling a pre-inspection to the actual install and wiring. The electrician who installed the charger was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was prompt for the appointment and did the installation of the charger unit and wiring very neatly. He had to go get a new 50-amp breaker from Home Depot because the one that was first installed was faulty.
The quality of the new Square D 50 Amp breaker is so much better you can see and feel the robustness compared to the other… Thanks to the boss he called for the approval of that.

Epic electric installed my EV home charger. I actually had the owner himself do my install. He was on time, and the job was done right. He was professional, courteous, Ave took the time to answer all my questions. He helped with app installation as well. Great company, great prices, and high quality work. Highly recommended.

I’ve used Epic Electric many times and have referred them many times. They do an absolutely fantastic job Their Are very countable in trouble you almost any situation. They’re pricing is fair and they are reliable Thank you guys for a great job once again

They were not professional at all.

After we had the 200 amp upgrade and new SPAN panel installed, we encountered several issues—more than I can fully recall. Here are a few key problems:

1. They failed to properly seal the hole in the wall, which led to the inspection being denied.

2. Another licensed electrician pointed out that the wiring route was poorly planned. As shown in the photos, it's nearly impossible to maintain or add new wiring due to the way it's installed.

3. One of the white wires stopped functioning entirely after a grid outage.

We didn’t hire them directly; SPAN.io did. Over the past two years, we’ve had to contact SPAN support at least three or four times. Each time, they had to send Epic Electric back to our home to fix the issues.

Due to the install, I had a chance to clean up my garage a bit and John put the charger in the BEST place possible to keep it accessible and tucked away and on a stud!
Just 1 hole, no extras. Plus a flexible conduit cable made it super clean and hardwired in!

I recently had my electrical panel upgraded from 100 amps to 200 amps by Epic Electric, along with the installation of an EV charger, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Vanessa, who handled all the coordination. She was responsive, proactive, and always easy to reach with any questions or concerns.

Danny and his install team were courteous, professional, and extremely efficient on the day of the install. There was a hiccup when the SoCal Edison representative arrived several hours late, but Danny adjusted the schedule on-site to keep the project moving, and Vanessa stepped in to help escalate the issue. Thanks to their efforts, the Edison rep eventually arrived, and the work was completed as planned.

I reached out to a few different electrical companies for quotes, and Epic's pricing was very competitive—especially given the high level of service and professionalism they provided. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a panel upgrade or similar electrical work.

Epic Electric did a fantastic job on our light repair project. They came out the same day and quicky fixed three lights that were no longer working. The pricing was fair, easy to schedule and the technicians were professional. Any and all light fixture repairs will now be done through Epic Electric! I strongly recommend their service!

John was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and fast! He swapped out two outdoor ceiling lights in our front entrance in 5 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Epic Electric! I was able to book the service quickly and they are very responsive and helpful!

Super easy to schedule and submit photos. Appointment was made for two weeks out and the installers were on time and great at communicating. My charger was installed within 30 mins and works as described! Would hire again - please note, I went through the Hyundai website and was assigned to this company instead of finding them myself but completely satisfied with their service. PS Not sure what the cost would have been directly.
