We experienced an irrigation leak and Rancho Water presented us with a few options. We decided on Pipeline Plumbing after thoroughly researching 5 star Google Reviews and we were not disappointed. Jon set up a quick same day appointment and Trenton came out right on time. I've been in the service business for 30 years and first impressions from Trenton was spot on. Professional, friendly and gladly shared every step of his leak detection (can't get any more transparent than that). After digging up what looked like an abandoned irrigation valve Trenton located the leak using his very expensive leak sounding device. I picked up a $17 Hunter replacement valve at a local hardware store and the leak is gone (I replaced the valve myself). In any event, Trenton gets a 5 star rating for his prompt and professional service. Jon, followed up after the service and overall this company has the right road map to success. I can clearly see why they have a 5 star rating on Google reviews. Do not hesitate to use these guys for leak detection related needs. Price was commensurate with other leak detection companies and the promptness was simply outstanding.

PPDS are amazing. I had a main drain blockage that caused the flooding of my bathroom and dining room. I called them and they came out cleared the blockage. In addition, I had them replace the back water valve and clean out and replace the main shut off valve of the house. They were professional and reasonable in price. They arrived on time. They left everything neat and in working order. I cannot recommend them enough. They are fantastic. Jon, Jayson & Jay did an amazing job. I highly recommend their services.

Our 5yr old water heater (installed by another company) ruptured and started leaking all over the garage. We contacted Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists Inc at 10 pm and they got back to us by 7 am the following morning. They were able to come out and remove/replace the old water heater with a new one that morning. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. I especially loved that they gave us a quote over the phone and confirmed it once they got here and assessed the situation. I would definitely recommend them for any water heater issues.

I had a great experience with Jason and Jon today. They found leaks I didn’t even know I had in the backyard which explains things like the green algae pouring out of the french drain in my sidewalk. They unclogged the bathtubs that wouldn’t drain, stopped the squealing noise coming from the shower, and now we have excellent water pressure in all of our sinks as well! I’m very pleased. They were friendly, quick to respond, and professional. Would definitely recommend.
