Andrew was very knowledgeable. Very polite took pictures before and after of the air conditioning and heating units explained my maintenance how to maintain a healthy unit gave me options for a special pricing on services around great service.

Nick was awesome. A true professional who excels in his chosen tradecrafts. Nick was very cordial and customer focussed. His friendly demeanor and thoroughness in repairing a snapped tub pipe in a timely manner was a blessing. I wish I could give Prestige Plumbing Inc 10 stars! They were amazing from setting up appt. with Veronica, to the consult with Nick, to Manny working in this 100° weather and doing an amazing job (he needs a raise for sure). They were all professional, friendly, and just all around great people! I will be recommending this company to anybody who ask for plumbing or electrical services! Prestige plumbing was awesome, I'm very grateful for the service they provided. I had a bad leak that was gushing out water and they came out so fast I was shocked how quick they were. Nick saved the day. He stopped the water immediately and had my water back on the same day. The panic I felt seeing the water flooding, and the the relief i had after nick showed up, I am grateful. Nick stepped into a septic tank full and was able to pump it out but there is a back flow from the leach lines that I hope dry up quickly.. Nick is very knowledgeable and represents your company like its his own.

Nick did an absolutely fantastic job installing our brand new shower! It looks and works beautifully. I finally feel like I can enjoy my self care again and do my nightly beauty routine in my working upgraded shower.
On top of that, Nick went above and beyond by cleaning all the drains in our home and checking for any corrosion in the pipes, which he also repaired. His attention to detail and thoroughness really stood out. He was also incredibly friendly and personable. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind he was to our dog. He didn’t mind having our pup around at all, which made the whole experience even smoother and stress free.

Wow! What an amazing service. I needed a new water heater and some other plumbing services done in my home. I was absolutely blown away with their skills and quality as well as the fair pricing. My plumber for life! They also do electrical!

Nick was amazing! Punctual, Responsive, Honest, & Fair Priced. I had problem with my plumbing that I tried to fix three times with no success. Nick came out on a Saturday morning within 10 minutes assessed the issue and got to work. The problem is fixed! I should have called him two years ago.

When I Googled a plumbing company for an emergency at my mother’s house, Prestige Plumbing was the first that came up. Normally, I like to shop around, but since I was 100 miles away and it was urgent, I called them hoping it would be a fair deal.

Don’t get me wrong — Nick was great. He was professional, polite, and got the job done quickly. The issue is the price — $686 for a simple job that took only 10–15 minutes of actual work (the plumber was on-site about 35 minutes total). No toilet removal, no roof access, nothing complicated.

I’m sure this company is great at what they do, but the price, absolutely not. I understand they have overhead and service fees, but that cost is excessive for such a basic job. There are plenty of other plumbing companies that do the same work for much less.

If you’re looking for a plumber, I’d recommend calling around first. Good service, but not worth $686 for a 10–15 minute snake job.

5 stars, this company is wonderful. I had originally hired this company to Install toilets for me and they did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and gave me advice on what toilets they recommend for my house because I have an awkward placement for it. They were very professional and extremely honest. Then fast forward a couple days ago, my Water heater went out and I tried to YouTube fix it and was failing to do so. So we called back this company and had the pleasure of Juan coming out and taking a look at it. He fixed it very quickly and they didn’t even charge me for their service! So happy to have found such honest and reliable plumbers. I will be using Juan again if any other problems come up in my home. Thank you so much!

I needed my oven converted from natural gas to propane after delivery from a big box store that had two previous technicians attempt to install it and failed. I called Mick with Prestige Plumbing. He worked me into his schedule quickly and showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He used his expertise to quickly and efficiently install the proper conversion kit. In the blink of an eye, he had solved an issue that had been haunting me for weeks. I appreciated his calm, friendly demeanor, and methodical approach to fixing the oven issue. His technical skills were top notch especially with several decades of experience in the industry, I could tell he was trustworthy and highly skilled. I will definitely be calling Prestige Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend them.

This company and Nick not only did damage while working on our property but grossly overcharged us by thousands of dollars for the services and did not come back to complete the work. Instead (Nick) gave us excuses and misdirection despite claiming to be of Christian faith. I would recommend this company to no one. In fact, cross reference all of their quotes and you will quickly realize that they seek only to drain your pockets. They came out to address our septic issue, they attempted to correct the issue and lodged their tool in our drain line. We felt obligated to continue with their services. That is when the price gauging began. We are still without complete resolution from this company.

Murrieta Valley Plumbing was referred to me by our handyman. We had signs of a leak and he suggested we contact MVP. They confirmed the leak was caused by the shower drain and did a great job fixing it.

Mike and Matt (father son duo) are fair, honest, clean workers. As a property manager, I have a good idea of the cost of repairs and they were more than fair and reasonable.

They will be our one and only plumber from here on out!
