I had an issue with my LG fridge not cooling properly, and these guys showed up the same day—within an hour! The technician was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts ready in his van. He fixed it on the spot. Now the fridge runs like new!
What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained everything and even gave tips to avoid future issues. Great communication, fair price, and friendly attitude.

Our dryer went out and we called and got a speedy response Zack was amazing. He came in and was very professional and assessed the issue quickly and showed us the lint build up that could have been a future hazard. He was detailed in cleaning up the caked lint keeping his work space clean and tidy as well as fixing the true issue we had with the dryer. Will us them again!

Zack is nothing short of a miracle worker. He came out same day when our ac quit working on a 104 degree day, performed a diagnostic and immediately started work. Pricing was very fair. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was wrong and he handled everything very professionally. I feel like the bigger Sacramento hvac companies just try to sell you new units but Zack identified the issue and fixed it without any of the high pressure sales stuff. I would highly recommend his business.

My experience went so seamless. I had low expectations and they were blown completely out of the water. My technician did such a great job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up. I can't ask much more than that. My technician was my hero.

Zack is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He explained his process as he was diagnosing the issue with my microwave and then explained why he was replacing the magnetron and capacitor. I am a mechanical engineer and his understanding of the systems is impressive. He diagnosed and fixed my microwave in an hour at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Zack for any job.

When my KitchenAid refrigerator started acting up, I first thought I could try and resolve the issue myself. Seeing as it only presented itself as an iced up coil, I figured it couldn’t be all that bad. But after the second time it came around, I decided it was time to get a professional involved. In my search for a qualified repair person, I came across ZR Master Appliance Repair. The good reviews were a welcome sign as my previous experiences getting repair people were the result of attempts to use a home warranty that I paid too much money for and still didn’t get the original issue resolved. When I reached out, Zach was friendly and ready to help and even offered to come the same evening to diagnose the issue. Since I was going out of town, I opted instead to schedule a visit the following week.

Upon arrival, Zach was professional, clean, and courteous. Without so much as an inspection and description of the issue, Zach knew immediately what was wrong with my refrigerator. Within a couple of minutes of arriving at my home, he was already packing up to leave. He placed an order that night for the parts and scheduled to install them after they arrived. When installation day came, Zach was again professional and courteous. We worked together to unload the refrigerator and he proceeded to dismantle the motherboard and coils to install the new parts. Not even two hours after arriving, the refrigerator was put back together and running again. Hesitant to call it fixed, I waited for a few weeks before leaving this review, and upon inspection of my coils today, I can confidently say that Zach was successful in resolving my refrigerator’s issues.

I’ll update this review if anything changes, but so far my experience with ZR Master Appliance Repair has been unmatched by any previous repair person I’ve had to fix my appliances. He was fast, courteous, and professional and unlike the service I received from the home warranty company I previously worked with, Zach was actually able to fix the problem that I was having. Isn’t that the most important part? Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Zach for all of your appliance repairs, and if anything else should need repair or maintenance at my house, I know the first person I’ll be calling to get it done is Zach. My refrigerator/freezer died. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem (needed new control panel) gave me a quote and came back same day with the part when I told them I was having out of town guests the next day. They were efficient and courteous and I would absolutely use them again.

Everyone else said they couldn't fix my refrigerator or gave me the run around that the whole refrigerator needed to be rebuilt $$$$$ ZR Appliance came over on a Sunday did what everyone else said couldn't be done and for a better price! on top of that he went the extra mile fixed things others didn't catch that needed to be done on the refrigerator and to a top it off he really cares about the quality of his work I haven't heard my refrigerator run so well and so quiet in years😃😃😃😃😃

I called Zack because my oven decided to retire early.
He showed up the very next day, swapped out the broken part, and the cherry on top—he waved off the diagnostic fee since I went ahead with the repair. Total win!

Called them at 6:30, confirmed appointment for later that night. Showed up at 8:15 to fix our fridge, got it running so our food didn’t spoil! Very dedicated to fixing our appliance would call them again.
