He repaired our dishwasher after a thorough analysis & was very kind in explaining how to extend the life of our machine, with regular maintenance & cleaning. Our refrigerator started acting up. It’s early evening time and most appliance service repair companies are closed for the day. On a whim I called Zr Master repair, Zack was ready to save the day. Thank you for admitting that I told you not to put in the sensor and you did it anyway. You charged me the same price with or without the sensor, which is ridiculous! In addition, $250 for a dryer cleaning is outrageous! Average price in Sacramento is roughly $100-$150. You had nothing in writing and you stood there demanding payment, so of course you had to be paid. You admitted in your own words that you went ahead and did something I asked you not to do. Now we do know who's right…

Zac is a uniquely talented person who can fix not only anything but everything. Zak is an exceptional service technician. He came to my home on Sunday when my Kitchenaid stopped working this morning. Zak worked diligently for several hours to repair, de-ice, and clean the fridge. The floor was not soaked with water, and he put everything back better than it was before. He is my service guy for life.

Great service! I had called ZR to get my fridge checked out and see what the issue was. They were able to identify the problem and gave me options whether I wanted a temporary fix or a permanent fix, of course I went with permanent. The issue was solved quickly and my fridge was completely fixed. I even had a problem with another fridge the day they were there. They were able to check it out and fix it on the same day. Called Zach around 4:30 on a Saturday and he came same day to repair my LG fridge making all kinds of noises from a broken fan and dirty coils . Price seemed a little high but I understand and the labor and parts going in and appreciated he could get it done right then and there. Also quoted me on different small repairs or maintenance for other things around the house that I asked about. Pretty sure I’ll be a repeat customer if needed for home appliance repairs and maintenance/ cleaning.
