ZR "Zack" was able to come same day today and had our Washing machine fixed in under 3 hours From Time We Called Him . . Where every other place around my area. They were putting me on a hold list. Thank You ZR Master Appliances

Zack was amazing. He made himself available to me after 6p, which is wonderful for those of us who function on graveyard hours. He came in, diagnosed, repaired, and even cleaned up the mess from my 40+yr old upright freezer that I inherited from my late Grandpa which decided to stop freezing and melted/ thawed all over my floors. He was quick, efficient, polite, and respectful. Will definitely make him my first call for the next appliance that may need repair.

I called Zack at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and not only did he answer he said he could get my LG washtower gasket fixed by Monday. He was here a couple hours on Monday night and got the job all finished up. Super nice guy, very professional and price was reasonable. I would definitely use Zack again. Thank you Zack appreciate the work you did for us!

The first time ZR Master came out, I was impressed — he was reasonable and personable, and I genuinely felt I could trust him with future work. Unfortunately, the second visit was the opposite experience.
I gave clear instructions to complete the dryer cleaning only and not to replace the sensor until I did further checking. He told me the price would be the same either way, but then replaced the sensor without my approval. The sensor did not need to be replaced, the cleaning price was extremely high for the service performed, and nothing was provided in writing. I’m now concerned about the integrity of the work and the impact on my two-year-old dryer.
What troubles me most is the broken trust. When someone comes into your home, you rely on honesty and transparency. That trust was damaged here, and I no longer feel comfortable using this business. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

After hiring numerous handymen and spending hundreds of dollars with no success to repair my GE Profile double oven, I stumbled upon Zak on Google whom proved to be a god send! Not only was he extremely kind and efficient, but also took the time to thoroughly explain to me everything that needed to be repaired/replaced for a very reasonable price and was able to fix my oven with ease! Thank you so much Zak! We will most definitely be going to you for any future repairs :)

Zack R came out to my house yesterday to fix my dryer. Didn’t try to sell anything else besides why I asked for so that was appreciated. Fixed it in a timely manner & my dryer is perfect again. Very nice, decent priced. Thank you. I’ll be back for more services in the future!

Zack provided great service from start to finish. He accommodated an evening appointment, completed the refrigerator repair in a timely manner, and offered competitive pricing. Efficient and easy to work with. Would absolutely use his services again.

Great experience. They were able to fit the inspection into our very tight schedule and were extremely accommodating. Zac came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue and gave very fair price which allowed us to have additional work done. By the time I got back from an errand, he was already done and had our freezer up and running perfectly. Really appreciate them.
