Forget those large heating and air conditioning companies and call Dan first!! After two large companies didn’t come and waiting for 4 days without ac in 100 degree heat, Dan came the same day and fixed my ac within an hour!!

Wow.. Dan Came out within one hour of my service call on a day like today which happens to be 105! Not only was he professional, informative, and very nice but he took the time to explain what the issue was and even gave me preventative maintenance tips. I won’t hesitate to call Dan again!

Dan installed a new thermostat for us. He was very conscientious and helpful. He explained everything to us and went out of his way to help us. Could tell he was the one we wanted to come out to our house when we called him to inquire about having the job done. Compared to other phone calls we made his demeanor on the phone was pleasant and reassuring. He was available to come the next day. Dan provided fast, efficient and friendly service.

My AC was barely pushing out air and with summer around the corner we knew we needed this fixed immediately. The response time was great and in less than an hour we had our AC up and running like new. Absolutely thrilled by the service we received and appreciated the professionalism and kindness that was given. Bonus points for being flexible with their schedule. Dan is great! He got my service request from my warranty and was here by with in the half hour. Gave me tips on my vents and checked my heating system for me. I just needed to make sure the system was running for the cold days. But Thank you Dan for coming so quickly!

I utilized Pro-Tech Mechanical through Old Republic warranty. Out of all the vendors I’ve used Dan at Pro-Tech Mechanical was the absolute fastest to respond. He called me back within 10 minutes of my request and was actually at my house within about 15 minutes of our conversation. I had a NEST thermostat that continued to lose Wi-Fi and battery voltage.

Dan quickly identified the issue and made a recommendation to switch to the Honeywell thermostat series. I can say that the system cycles more frequently and holds the house temperature much more precise than the Nest ever did. I was happy to get rid of the nest technology for my personal application.

In fact he is returning to replace my other Nest with the same Honeywell.
