Great store! Needed a 5/16by 1/4 adapter and they were only store to have it in stock. Few of them. Friendly guy on desk

Trane customer service has always been terrible, they got a little better for a couple years but looks like they are back to their old ways. Order parts and they always seem to forget to place the order. I have been waiting on stupid crank case heaters for 3 weeks now. When they told me they were only 3 days out. Looks like im going back to universal parts on trane units.

Poor service, poor knowledge. Find another source for Trane parts where they can/will help you. Showed counter guy the actual part, gave him the model & serial number - only to find out, they don't sell to the public. Then, he gave me the wrong place that could take care of me, then - found out when I got home he had given me/them the wrong part numbers. Complete, incompetent waste of time.

On hold music is decent but gets interrupted about evey 10 second with loud annoying info. Its fine to hear it ince but every 10 seconds is overkill, let us listen to the music while we wait. Also need to update googles number for this location.

I've purchased parts from this store for over 15 years and the current staff is professional and courteous! Rachel and Tammy have been all stars in the customer service department and I look forward to at least 15 more years shopping at this location. Trane Supply has kept the 21 properties I've worked in great condition along with keeping our customers cool!

You don't sell Trane products to an unlicensed individual like myself, for example. You elected to sell this new AC to that installer, but you had the option not to sell to a dealer that you do not trust (but hey, the revenue needs to grow, right?). Please contact ma ASAP.

Great vendor, pretty reliable and professional. They actually want you to come back. One thing I would recommend is for them to let you know if you buy a motor or something and it has assesories such as a rain cover or capacitor, they do not come with motor.
