Can’t believe this place is in business. Texted and asked a question and got a response in all caps yelling at me to come in a look myself. I’ll be taking my business to literally anyone else.

I just called US air to inquire about a few questions I had about a charge I was not expecting. The guy who answered the phone could not be any more rude, his customer service skills are lacking to say the least. Not only were his answers short but he almost hung up on me when i told him i did not have the paperwork he asked for in front of me. Later I'm the call when I gave him the info he sats he needed to look up the charge, he practically said I should feel lucky I didn't pay more and that the warranty covered the part. Total inability to want to help out a customer. I really hope this place gets their act together soon, if it wasn't because my warranty dictated that I had to go through them I would have taken my business elsewhere.

The people have 0 customer skills and the way they treat people is unbelievable.

This is by far one of the most helpful supply houses in Sacramento. Tea, Kyle, and the whole team are super responsive and helpful and always providing excellent customer service. Appreciate you guys!!

Why can no one be bothered to update their hours, if you are not open Saturday just don't put it on your Google and if you are open Saturday answer the phone smh

I have been dealing with air-conditioning distributors for 15 years and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I sent my guy in there to purchase a motor and they did not want to help him at all. He tried to give them the information of the motor and instead of asking for the specifications They brushed him off and told him they don’t carry that motor. Knowing they had the motor, I drove down there myself, and of course the motor was sitting there on the shelf when I went to the desk, I told the cashiers that I had sent my guy in here to grab a motor and instead of you guys looking for it you guys turn him away. And instead of giving a response to try and make the company look better she tells me “you found it right”with an attitude. At that point, I get frustrated and tell them you guys have absolutely no customer service at that point both male representatives start to get loud and tell me something about I am bitching at them. I will never shock at this US air again. The absolute worst store I have ever seen with the most unprofessional staff. Every single person who worked in there, including the The old white guy that claims he’s the manager on Saturdays when I know he’s not a manager. US air North Highlands will never get a cent from our company again.
