They gave a great explanation of the problem and I feel they gave me all the options I needed to make my decision on the repair. I use them for regular maintenance as well. Maybe a little pricey but feel they actually do good work and inspection.

A big thanks to Eddie, Pedro and Albert, the workers on the installation team. They switched out our old water heater and heating/air conditioning units. The whole experience went far more smoothly than I ever expected and they were a pleasure to deal with. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Tokay Heating and Air put our new system in a few years ago and they continue to help maintain it well.Brian came out and helped on an issue recently. He is always professional, knowledgeable and personable. Service is always great! Thank you Brian!

This place is so overpriced They wanted a whole grand $1000 to pick up my toilet change the wax ring that only cost 12 bucks and then put the toilet back This place is outrageous and over pricing people by Twice as much as other companies that people are charging, the most companies are charging is for 450 There is no reason why it should cost 500-1000 And then he proceeds to tell me that maybe he’ll figure something out and work with the boss to lower the price and then he comes back with a $500 estimate How do you go from $1000-$500? Even $500 is still way too much for the job I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything take my advice and just call someone else

They installed a whole new system, a nest thermostat, and even put the vents/registers where the picky designer side of me wanted them. Workers parked across the only disabled parking spaces in a small lot, and company did not respond to email regarding the situation. Completely unacceptable!!

We have used RCM several times now, both at our old house and current. Chris has seemed to be the only company that doesn't randomly find issues and upcharge. Out of the 4 or 5 companies we have used in the past, River City is the only one we hire back. Our problems have ranged from small to large, and he has handled all of them, in a timely and professional manner. Alisha is very professional and responsive as well. Excellent small company, we cannot praise them enough.
