Perfection was great! They came out on the hottest days fo the year so far and worked diligently to replace our system and did a great job! Courteous and professional we highly recommend them.

Prompt, professional performance. The owner of Perfection Home System is readily available, and has a team who have been with Perfection for many years. If Perfection does not offer a specific service, referrals are yours for the asking. Perfection Home Systems is an excellent home management and building resource.

Still in the pre-install phase of full HVAC upgrade, but so far- so good. Dealing through e-mails to-date, but Jennifer (Owner/President) has been very responsive and timely to my many questions, requests, etc.. Proposal was thorough and pricing competitive accepting that American Standard is a top-name brand in quality and reputation and "you do get what you pay for" in most instances. An HVAC system is not the system to go cheap on, if your budget allows. Another plus was the interim solution offered to re-charge the leaking A/C system to get us through the hot weather pending the new system installation. E-mail exchanges have been professional with a touch of humor, as appropriate. Small, local family business - a plus in my book, offering and supported by top-name brand products. Organization and products top notch! Strong recommendation.

They didn't add freon to my air conditioning unit as requested yet added some part and wanted to charge me nearly $300. When I called to complain before paying the bill, the owner wanted to immediately refund me instead of talking to me and having the technician come back out to fill freon into the unit. It is apparent they have hired unqualified techs who don't know what the heck they are doing. Yes owner quickly told me to find someone else. Strange.....

Perfection Home Systems has performed several jobs in a few of our homes and has always done a great job. So much so that we have referred them to family, friends, and clients. With each job performed they have shown their professionalism and quality. You cant go wrong with Perfection Home Systems

In July my whole house fan motor quit working. I contacted Triangle Engineering who made the whole house fan and got the information on cost.
Contacting Perfection, Jennifer said they would get the motor locally and said diagnosis would cost $99.
When the workers arrived they said it would be $820 unless I wanted to do it myself. I needed it fixed, so I paid the workers.
When I asked Jennifer if she could provide a breakdown of parts and what their hourly labor rate was, she said in an email,
"We do everything by a flat rate system so I can’t break it down by what was parts and what was labor. Typically it’s about half and half though."
With a part costing $238 including shipping, I would have thought a total cost would have been closer to about half of what I paid.
I guess it's their policy to take the customer for all they can.
Buyer beware.

We have used Perfection a few times now, and they have become our "go-to" for anything HVAC. They are very responsive and helpful, and when our AC stopped working recently, they were out and did a diagnosis AND a fix in one trip, and when they left we had already confirmed the AC was running again. Highly recommend.

Perfection installed a new HVAC system in my Gold River home. Their work and professionalism was first-rate. They paid attention to detail, provided prompt and helpful answers to questions and I love the new system they installed. Highly recommend them!

Prompt arrival, as stated; professional; clear and precise detailed explanations of what work was being done; clean-up after each days work; did all work as detailed in proposal; friendly and helpful attitudes; safe work habits; helpful with workings of new equipment; and making sure all work and equipment in proper working order before signing off. Never made us feel rushed or gave off impression of cutting any corners to complete work in timely manner. Overall impression is “job well done” and will definitely recommend based on personal experience.

Although I wasn't excited about having to replace my 27 year old central heat and air, Perfection Home Systems provided a high level of professionalism that is hard to come by these days. Installation crew was great, efficient and kept my house clean. Also, HUGE difference in utility bills immediately.

They were very nice and on time for our appointment. The men were very good at their job and answered any questions that we had. All in all we were very pleased with the work that was done. We would recommend them to anyone who has HVAC problems.

What we thought was going to be a simple replacement of the heating and air system at our rental property, turned out to be much more complicated. At the recommendation of the installation crew, the new furnace was relocated from the garage to the attic for efficiency reasons. The new location required that a gas line be re-routed and new ducting be added. The relocation also created a myriad of repairs to drywall, stucco and roofing. The crew was able to handle all the repairs and installation and kept our tenants informed of everything that was being done. They even had to re-do the water heater plumbing because it was next to the old furnace. Kudos to the crew for getting hot water back up and running for the tenants the first day of installation. The tenants report that the new system heats the house much more quickly and that they were very happy with the entire installation process. This is our third heating/air system installed by Perfection and we will continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs.

Very professional, installers were courteous and really cleaned up after themselves. Installation in the HVAC closet is very clean and neat. The American Standard heat pump system is much more efficient than our 60 year old gas furnace.

I've dealt with these folks since 1987, when the home was built. They've always been friendly, competent, knowledgeable, timely, and forthright. One routine inspection identified a defective heat exchanger which could have caused a fire. Eric, our tech, and the office staff have always been great. 5 Stars!

A good HVAC system is a major investment, but in Sacramento, how can you do without? So finding the right contractor is important. Several years ago, I needed to find a new HVAC company, and after I talked to friends and did some research, I contacted Perfection Home Systems. From the beginning, I've been happy with them. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. The service is on time and they get things done correctly. I've recommended Perfection Home Systems to family and friends. And I'll keep using them. That's the best recommendation!

We moved to Sacramento a few years ago. Our Daughter recommended Perfection Home Systems (Heating and AC) to us. They are trustworthy and honest. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and stand behind their work. When we needed to replace our 15 year old heating and AC unit the obvious choice was Perfection! Timely, cleaned up after themselves, wore booties and protected our floors. We highly recommend this company to everyone in the Sacramento area.

Fantastic company and services. John S. (the technician) showed up on time to my home in Rancho Cordova and was a class act and very friendly. When it comes to complicated systems like hvac, especially an older model like I have, I prefer someone who can give me perspective and has the experience to make no nonsense recommendations and give excellent advice. I will be a repeat customer based on this experience especially when it comes time to replacing my old unit.

Book early around the weather as I waited over a month for an appointment, but its worth it.

I have been a customer of Perfection Home Systems for 16 years and couldn't be happier. They have installed and maintained all my heating, air conditioning and fireplaces in multiple homes with reasonable prices, excellent and fast repairs and wonderful customer service. And believe it or not, I have had the same maintenance person for ALL 16 years! That's a clue right there that a company is doing something right when they can keep their employees that long.
