John came out and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck. Problem fixed, in the middle of a heat wave!! We will be replacing our entire unit soon and Trinity will be doing the work.

The tuneup I received was seamless to me. The only thing i did was change the filters. I'm sure the unit will work great come summer time.

I had John Tawney come to my home on behalf of my home warranty. John inspected my furnace and attic and found major ducting issues. He said the entire attic needed to be re-ducted. He also said the attic was very tight. He came to my home on a Friday and told me and my family he would have office time on Monday and thats when he would get the paperwork started. Monday came and we heard nothing, then Friday came and we still heard nothing. While waiting that entire week I followed up with our warranty, and our warranty followed up with Trinity and still we heard nothing back. I took it upon myself to call Trinity directly and even after speaking with them there was no update on my service status. The only answer the home warranty and I could get from them were multiple false promises on a call back. After waiting over a week, my heater stopped working altogether so I called Trinity back to inform them our house was freezing and we needed something done. I even reminded them on how I had a freezing 1 year old at home and still I heard nothing back from them. John himself seen I had a little one at home, still my case wasn't of importance to him. My home warranty ended up transferring my case to another company after waiting 2 weeks for them. The worst part of all is that he never even returned any phone calls and chose to ignore my case because he seen it as hard work. Trinity Heating and Cooling, you should know that with your line of work, there are going to be easy jobs, and some harder than others, its not fair to pick and choose which jobs are convenient for you.

This company is immoral.

This company is honest. they came and fixed everything for $100 they were very honest -sincere -authentic. I would recommend them to anyone especially when you know there’s companies out there they’re not trustworthy

John was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected and maintained our HVAC system and even gave some things to look out for. Made himself available if I had any questions or concerns down the road, and even ballparked a new system if we decided to go that route. Very pleased with John and Trinity! 👍🏻

John was awesome. We have been having difficulty with our nest thermostat not charging and john was able to locate the existing old wires from our furnace and replace those with new wires. Now our thermostat will continuously be charging. John was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your hard work!

John showed up on time and was very professional. Within minutes he was able to diagnose our problem and went to work right away to fix our system. Even though our A/C unit is older, it now works like new. We tried using a popular local HVAC repair company and their technician did very little investigating and just tried to sell us a new A/C unit. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. I highly recommend Trinity Heating and Cooling!

This is my second time using Trinity Heating and Air and once again I am a happy satisfied customer. A couple of years ago they installed a whole house fan that has worked great and it is very quiet. Using the whole house fan at night keeps my house cool well into the late morning or afternoon without having to use my air conditioning. This time they installed a new heating and air unit for the house. They completed the job in just two days and they were friendly, professional and they cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Trinity to all of my friends and family. I almost forgot to mention that their pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Our AC went out three weeks ago and we've had to go back and forth with our home warranty company and different companies to get second opinions and make sure the work that needs to be done is correct since the cost is pretty high. Since it had already been two weeks into our AC being broken at this point, our home warranty company sent out a request for bid that was a rush. Trinity bid on the rush request and came out the next day to inspect.

The tech looked at everything and agreed with the other companies on what was wrong. At this point, all we needed from Trinity was to submit the work order information to our home warranty company so the approval process could start and we could finally start getting the work done. By Monday at about 10:00 am the home warranty company said they hadn't received the work order, so I called Trinity. The owner, John, said they were really busy and were trying to get to it. I reminded him that this was a rush and his response didn't change. By Tuesday at noon I hadn't seen the report still so I called again to ask about the status. He said he would hopefully get to it by the end of the day. I reminded him again that this was a rush request and he said that they're working on a lot of ACs and everyone has to be treated the same, so he'll get to us when he can. I let him know that my issue was that we can't even start the approval process with the home warranty company until he submits his report. I also told him we'd had four other companies come out and no one else had taken this long to submit a report. Literally every other company submitted their reports within 12 hours. He then said "maybe you should call one of those companies to do the work then." I let him know we would.

Unbelievably bad customer service. He actively bid for this rush request and then wouldn't make the time to actually do what needed to be done in any sort of rush. If he hadn't bid for it, we wouldn't have waited 4 days to get assigned to another company while we live in a 90 degree house. The next company we were assigned to came out and had the report done in 26 hours. Trinity is the only company who couldn't submit a report timely.

Trinity’s service is nothing less than exceptional. Communication was excellent for the entire service from planning to finishing the job. The issue I had with my AC was diagnosed/fixed immediately upon arrival. Trinity also went the extra mile to do maintenance work on my AC unit, even though they had already fixed the main problem. Definitely will book them again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Trinity heating &cooling employees John and James were excellent and professional. They were able to address pg&e's concerns. But more importantly they eased my mind. I am so VERY thankful. Thankful to the owner John for his help and sending both John and James to solve the problem . Anytime I have HVAC issues Trinity will be getting my business. I needed a whole new HVAC system. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price, going above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and I was happy. I highly recommend them!!

Perfection Home Systems worked on my personal home and my mother’s home. My mother is a 77 year old woman who always falls for the add-ons other air conditioning companies upsell to make money. PHS came to my mothers and was so honest and told my mom an estimate length of life for her system and did a tune-up, changed some fuses I believe and all under the same visit price!! Talk about HONEST!!! I never would refer any other company other than Perfection.
