I have used Trinity for various heating, A/C, and duct work for years. They have always done quality work at a fair price.

Pretty good. They came on behalf of contract work through Nest and were timely. They even let me know when the workers were going to show up via text.

Jonathan H was our technician. He took his time, was very patient with all of our questions. He took pictures of everything and really took his time to explain what we were seeing.

They answered the phone and were quite responsive; showed up on time and repaired our AC when others said we needed a new system. Great job!

I asked for a coil cleaning and to check my freon levels. All that was done in less the 20 mins. Air still feels the same, no change. He put up some kind of gadget to my vents. Which didn't work or he didn't know how to work it. Or more than likely was in a rush. I paid $250 for my unit to be hosed down?? Never again!!!!

Arrived on time as scheduled. Inspected system and provided recommendations for improved HVAC performance in hotter than normal weather. Will certainly call them again should any issues arise.

John send out his crew to help us during the crazy heat wave. One of our AC units at the restaurant went down and without it we couldn't keep our dining room open, luckily the repair was fast, easy and on time.
