Perfection Home Systems did an awesome job in a short amount of time for a home my sister purchased. We did not realize how bad the old unit was until after she moved in. The right in the dead of winter her unit went out. Perfection Home Systems was awesome getting us quotes, then replacing the unit and ducts in a very fast time frame. Will refer them as much as possible, they did a great job

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Had them put a new system in a previous home and just had them put a new system in our current home.

First of all pricing is completely fair and they make sure you are aware of all possible rebates.

Their always work clean and their workspace is always left clean at the end of the day. They even blew out the filters in my vacuum to make it work better when they were cleaning up.

The system I bought is very efficient and I wasn’t oversold a bigger system than I needed.

The best testimony about their quality came from the county inspector. When he was done his inspection he said “I never say this, but they did a really good job on your unit”

They also went above and beyond doing a small electrical rewiring job on our whole has fan at no extra charge.

I've used their services a couple of times, now. Once for a fan repair on an old system, in order to stretch a couple more years out. The other for a installation of a new HVAC unit when the old one finally did bite the dust. Both times their staff went what felt like above and beyond in getting the job done as soon as possible with a stead stream of clear communication/updates every step of the way. For the repair, they moved mountains to track down a hard to find part, that shaved a couple days of the original estimated completion during a major heatwave.

I couldn't be more pleased with both the efficiency and the quality of the work that was done on both jobs. Jennifer, the owner, was also incredibly helpful in answering my laundry list of questions. She provided me with everything I'd need in order to make my decision on which new unit I wanted to install, and I'm so far I'm loving it. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

My wife and I were very, very satisfied with Perfection Home Systems. Jennifer and staff were friendly, prompt and professional. Work was done when scheduled, to a professional standard and always keeping in mind the comfort and satisfaction of their client (in this case us). The system we purchased was a dual system, upstairs and down operated by separate thermostats. The system works great, allowing the upstairs to remain cool in the summer and winter and comfortable downstairs at all times. We would highly recommend Perfection.

Perfection Home Systems service was just as their name implies "perfect". They came out and did a detailed investigation, offered us various types of systems, recommended the system that seemed best for us, and planned the installation. They communicated all along the process. The installation took place on the date planned as scheduled. If I remember correctly they came back a week later to inspect everything. They came back again to adjust the air flow for my daughter's room and installed special registers in her room. The follow up service has been fantastic. We used them a our prior residence for over 20 years. Their service is always great! I have already recommended them to neighbors, and highly recommend them for everyone!

Perfection Home System's attention to detail is a welcomed relief. They take care of everything from pulling the city permit to scheduling the big crane truck outside, for lifting both the old/new units. (Very impressive!) Years ago, I have had my own heating and AC replaced and regularly serviced. PHS has always been prompt, fair and reliable! So when it came time to for a new unit at my mom's house, I knew who to call. I highly recommend Perfection Home Systems to everyone!!!

Great service, work, and attitude, which is 80% of the total evaluation. The only thing that needs work is the transition with the merger was a bit disorganized. I used to be able to schedule service via text, but that capability is gone, too.
