Great service! Our air conditioning went out and within 24 hours it was back up and running again. They really try to work with your time frame instead of giving you a time when they will be there. They should me what was wrong and did jack up the price because the repair was done on a Sunday.

I will definitely be using them this winter to service our heater!

Simply the BEST! Jason and his crew are wonderful. Have used them exclusively since 2010 for all my HVAC needs. My first encounter was for a repair on my undersized 1 1/2 ton A/C unit that was installed in 2004 when my home was built. In Sept. 2010 Jason and his guys replaced my entire Beutler Designed HVAC system with a system that included a Goodman 4 Ton 16 SEER A/C unit at a very reasonable cost. Now when it gets over 100 degrees, I'm the only one in my neighborhood that doesn't have problems with the A/C unit going out.

Simply Heating & Air also does all the maintenance work on both of my rental properties keeping an older Trane Roof Pack operational as well as another split system. Can't say enough good things about them.

This is the only company to call for your HVAC needs.

Very hard to reach someone. Once you are able to talk to someone they are very nice over the phone. I am now waiting for service and will update after service is completed.

*Update; I had Tim as my Technician today 5/5/17 for my Air conditioning unit, he is very polite and professional. He answered all questions that I asked, and I am satisfied with what he did and did am excellent job.

He also informed me with American Home Shield if you use their (Simply Heating and Air) service for a regular maintenance they only check one side of the system, there for you pay $75 for air conditioning and then another $75 for heating service if you want both done at the same time for the total of $150 for a regular maintenance check.

Tim Thomas did a sloppy job when he came to my house. He fixed my heater but broke the a/c and my fan on my unit wouldn't turn off. I had to turn off my whole unit from my breaker because Tim didn't do his job right and he wouldn't come back to fix my unit. When talking to him on the phone about the job he did he was really unprofessional and very rude. I had to have another company come out and fix what Tim broke. Simply Heating & Air Conditioning has poor costumer service and doesn't return any phone calls. I am taking this case to the better business bureau. Simply Heating & Air Conditioning has poor service and poor employees.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This company was hired by my warranty company American Home Shield to fix the heater. Simply heating and air apparently only gives their technicians 2 hours to complete a job and if not completed they will leave without fixing the problem. How ridiculous is that?!?!? Very!!!! They have rescheduled 3 times already and my heater is still not fixed!!! if you are thinking of using them and have American Home shield i would suggest picking different companies. I know once this is fixed I definitely will be changing home warranty companies because they did not help get the job done as soon as it should have been.
