I don't know why 5 stars on previous reviews. It seems that their own people and relatives who works for this company reviews. See yelp for more reviews and accurate. This company is shady with very questionable technicians. I usually do not review bad or good but in this instance you people need to know. The work was performed on end of Apr and 60 days warranty was given. I had just notice today that the invoice date was purposed wrote a date at the end of Feb. The works was mediocre and very high priced. You will be dealing with not honest people. Stay away from this company.

I needed a refrigerator repair about a year and a half ago. Alex came and did a great job fixing the through the door water and ice dispenser. Today the water line was leaking and not providing water. The technician came bright & early 8 AM and fixed it fast and efficiently. He was extremely nice, very friendly and knew exactly what to do!!!

I called this company to repair the lights that had gone out in my refrigerator and had to wait two days for them to come. Then waited from 9am to 11 am as asked only to find out that they didn't show up. I called and they said they would get back to me and never did. When I called thirty minutes later I was told they couldn't find the technician.Guess they don't need the business

They completely mis-diagnosed the issue! It was a waste of time, and money. Also, the person who came smell like cigarettes & bad cologne..:( and they don't even answer the phone...not recommend them at all.
