Home warranty sent a tech out to fix our leaking dishwasher. The tech said it wasn’t level and he believed that was the cause of the leak. After speaking to his manager, he said he needed to rip out my brand new floors under the dishwasher so he could level the dishwasher (the floors were never an issue before it started leaking). When we told him NO to removing the floors he said there is nothing he could do and started packing up. Upon leaving, the tech said to contact home warranty so they could send someone else out. He also asked us to sign an invoice that had zero description and when we asked for him to fill it out before we signed for anything, he seemed incredibly annoyed! Customer service was terrible and they have zero communication skills! All they want to do is collect their fee and get out. Super disappointed in this whole process!

VP technician David was prompt, professional and quickly identified the drainage problem with my washing machine. He took time to explain the issue and walked me through the needed repair. After answering my questions, he quickly and efficiently went to work and in no time my washing machine was operational once again. Great experience, Thanks David and VP.

VP came the same day we requested repair of our dryer, despite the fact that their first availability was after 7:00 PM! The technician worked extremely quickly and efficiently, disassembling the entire dryer in moments, immediately finding the frozen bearing, replacing it, (he had the part), cleaning up, testing and ensuring that everything worked perfectly before leaving. Great service!

Very bad service, not reliable, mainly professionally and technically. My dishwasher was not working. The technician came twice and said he fixed it. They sent a report to the insurance stating that there is no issue and the dishwasher is working which is absolutely false. I had to fight for the insurance to send me another company. The new technician came today and obviously saw the machine doesn’t work, order parts and reported malfunction.

I have been attempting to get my oven fixed by VP Appliance, Inc since March 2025. After the first technician’s visit they diagnosed a control panel error and ordered the part. However, they closed out the ticket after promising me it would be repaired in two weeks. They did not follow up with me and told my landlord that repairs had been made. I finally got them return in June and we started from zero all over again. After same diagnosis a part was order, several week later they finally had the part. They blew off the agreed upon four hour window time for the repair without contacting me. I called the office person who could not give me an updated ETA and would only say they are on their way, and then I was hung up on. I recalled, complained to them in regard to their poor customer service, and asked for an ETA as not not waste any more of my time! I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and was told the technician had just arrived. They arrived almost an hour after the agreed upon time. This company has consistently showed up after the agreed upon time and failed to follow through on anything in a time manner. I would not hire them again!

I initially gave 5 stars bc my fridge started working again after a VP Appliances technician came out. Unlike another company that did nothing, this technician seemed highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did a great job fixing the fridge.

UPDATE (Two Weeks Later)
The same issue came back, this time with water leaking from the freezer side and ice box making no ice. When I called VP Appliances, they refused to come back and check the fridge. My warranty company called and were told, “we did what we could.” 😳😔

It’s the middle of summer and I’m left with a fridge that’s not working again. The repair itself looked good at first, but problem was made worse and the customer service and accountability was jsut terrible. .

Repaired my ice machine in 20-30 minutes. They immediately knew what was wrong & replaced the broken part. Very quick and professional!

I had a great experience with VP Appliance Inc! My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling.The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue.
They were knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything clearly.

8/25: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their techs are not trained and experienced. After they fixed my issue within 2 days i had the same issue. The technician assigned was troubleshooting the issue with another person on the phone so its obvious that he didn't have any experience. After i called them again they were sending me the same tech and giving me an appointment 3 weeks away. I support small business but such businesses ruin the name of others. I would give them a -ve 5 rating. My issue is now assigned to another service provider.

Update: VP Appliance called after my review and mentioned that ordering part is not in their remit. I just hope they informed me about this earlier. Otherwise service was good and they fixed the issue promptly.

VP appliance was assigned by home warranty. The technician fixed my issue however the time they took to get the part was really really long. customer service doesn't bother to do any follow up so if you are assigned to them do your own follow up.

VP did a great job fixing our refrigerator. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did clean, professional work. He charged a fair price, cleaned up after himself, and even followed up to make sure everything was working. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely call him again. Highly recommend!

Fast appointment. They can next day after service was requested from Home Warranty. Two men came and fixed the washer quickly. It made everyone happy that the washer was working when they left.

He was better than the last person that was working on the microwave whatever the promise I have now it’s nothing related to your company. The other company did do most of the damage, but you guys did great.

VP Appliance, Inc technician repaired all the parts that was not working properly. They had great customer service and worked very quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Requested a service call on my Dishwasher that would stop mid cycle. My home warranty sent out VP appliance over 100 miles for the repair. The Tech arrived, spoke very little English and nodded his head as if he understood.
Left by saying “all good now” even though he never even took a tool from his bag. The next day, same problem. Contacted VP Appliance to follow up and never received a call back. 10 days later, My home warranty was notified to send out a more competent technician.
Sure hope it’s not VP Appliance!

We’ve been trying to get our refrigerator repaired for 5 months. American Home Shield sent a company to repair it. It was not fixed. The company came out again and said they had found the problem, but again it was not fixed. We asked AHS to send another company. VP Appliance came and did a few things and said we were leaving the freezer door open. We had been closing it firmly. The problem persisted. VP came out again and replaced some parts. The problem soon recurred. VP came out again and did nothing, saying we were leaving the freezer door open. The technician on each occasion spent their time on the phone, and appeared to have little or no knowledge.
Our many calls and messages to VP were not returned. We did finally get AHS to reopen our issue, and they promised that VP would call within 30 minutes, and that they also would call within 30 minutes to make sure. Neither call occurred.
I have never dealt with this level of incompetence in my 80 years on this earth,

Vazgen from VP Appliance was outstanding—fast, efficient, and thorough. He removed our microwave from the wall and took the time to disassemble it to identify the actual internal issue. Unlike Accord Appliance, who was previously sent by AHS (our homeowners insurance) and claimed the unit was broken, unfixable, and somehow our fault, Vazgen from VP Appliance discovered the problem was simply a blown fuse and repaired it promptly.

It was refreshing to work with a technician who truly cared about finding the root cause rather than taking shortcuts. The microwave is now working exactly as it should. Thank you to Vazgen and VP Appliance for the excellent service, and thank you to AHS for sending a knowledgeable and competent technician this time.
