They were sent to us by our home warranty company. We have an error code 13 on our Bosch washing machine which Google says is a drain pump issue. They came back three times over the course of a month and we were still getting the error, so they just said they can't fix it and ghosted us.

We were very happy with VP appliance! They came in the time frame that they quoted. Did all of the repairs and cleaned up after themselves and left with the way they found it. Very happy with them and will definitely use VP appliance again.

I had a fantastic experience with this team. Our oven door latch broke, and they sent a technician promptly the next day. He fixed the issue professionally. An important thing to mention that he cleaned up afterward, which was crucial for me. The service was reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the service provided by VP. The technician found the root cause of the leak fast and performed the fix which was relatively simple. He then went on to verify that the other major components of the washing machine were functioning properly. In doing this, he discovered a secondary issue; a broken drain pump. He happened to have the part in his van and was able to swap the components on the spot. I can envision other technicians claiming victory after the initial fix but this technician at VP made sure to verify the complete system. 5 star service. Would recommend to friends and family.

Process was easy and pleasant from setting appointment (got a next-day time) to washer being fixed and ready for the next load. Tech Ando was professional, pleasant and very competent. Diagnosed and repaired very quickly, left the area neat and clean. Highly recommend VP!

The technician they sent was pleasant and fixed our broken ice maker after another company came twice and did nothing. We had to fight with American Home Warranty to send this company instead of Valley Appliance. The ice maker had been broken for over a month. The technician cleaned the coils and it worked!

I was assigned to VP Appliance from my home warranty company for a broken ice dispenser on our fridge. They came out fairly quickly after the initial claim which was appreciated. The tech came and assessed the issue. Stated that the motor needed to be replaced. Said he would be back in a week with the part to replace it. Waited a week, no communication. Waited another week. No communication. Tried calling and spoke to a woman on the phone who stated that the part was ordered but not in. I told her that the tech told me a week and we are at 2 with no repair or very least, communication stating the delay. She said it was because they are overbooked and busy with many claims. I told her that I don’t blame or fault them for the delayed part, BUT communication is needed. She said the tech shouldn’t have promised a date. She said she’d look into it and then call me the next day. No call back. My home warranty then reached out to me asking the status as they haven’t heard from the company. I explained the situation. She finally reached out to the em and got ahold of VP appliances. They told her they were still waiting for the part. Here we are 5.5 weeks later and still not fixed. They sent a text message yesterday (after my warranty company reached them again) and gave me a window for the same week. I responded and said I couldn’t do the whole window but would be home at a point within it and to let me know if that would work. No response one way or the other. Now it’s the day before the possible appointment. Still no answer or confirmation. I call. Speak to the same woman. She states that because I couldn’t do the day and that they were busy this week she would have to call me back with a date and time. I told her that I needed the date and time now as she didn’t call back last time and it was hard to get ahold of them again later. We went in circles and circles and got no where. I hung up on the call after asking to speak to someone else and she told me that there is nobody else. She then found a time for Thursday. At this point though, I have requested the warranty company go with someone else as I do not trust the company to complete the job as they say they will. Communication is the very basic need. Simple- “hi I know you’re still waiting for the completion, but the part is still not in.” Is not hard to do. Leaving people hanging for 5.5 weeks after telling them a week and not communicating unless the customer gets lucky and you answer their call is not appropriate or good business. I would advise going with a different company.
