I had some pretty bad wood damage at my place and called Productive Home Renovation. Zach is the manager and he was real easy to talk to, didn’t give me the run around or try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He came out, looked everything over, explained what was wrong and what they was gonna do to fix it.
The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after. They didn’t leave a mess like some other folks I dealt with in the past. The wood looks brand new now, like it never even had any damage.
I’m real happy with how it all turned out. If you got any kind of home damage or repair stuff, I’d say give these guys a call. Zach knows his stuff and they don’t play games. Good folks.

My siding and exterior trim were in bad shape from years of sun damage. I reached out to them and Sharon came over to give me an estimate. She was lovely to deal with, super detailed and patient. The crew painted everything beautifully and now the house looks fresh again.

I don’t usually leave reviews much, but I really feel like Productive Home Renovation deserves a shoutout. We had some pretty serious wood damage along our back deck and part of the siding, rot from years of neglect that we kept putting off. I called a few places, but Zach from PHR was the first one who really seemed to know what he was talking about and didn’t just try to sell me on the most expensive option.
He came by himself to look at the damage, explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and gave me a very fair quote. The crew he sent out was punctual, respectful, and really skilled. They didn’t just patch things up, they rebuilt sections properly so we won’t have this problem again any time soon. What I appreciated most was that Zach checked in regularly and made sure I was happy with each step. It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of ownership and pride in their work these days. Our deck looks solid again, and the repairs blend right in with the rest of the house. Definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with wood damage or any kind of home repair. Good people, honest work.

He took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. The whole team was on time and worked efficiently. Needed exterior paint for the whole house, and Jonathan’s crew knocked it out of the park. The color came out exactly as we imagined, neat lines everywhere, no mess left behind. Neighbors already asked who did the work. Highly recommend.
