Outstanding all around! They came to it to provide electrical for a driveway gate that we were installing. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a dream to work with. They worked seamlessly with the gate contractor and got the job done the right and fast without any issues.
During these times with so much uncertainty and conflict it was so nice to work with good, competent people you can trust.

We had James and Rock Solid install two 14’ linear LED light channels in our 20’ ceiling. All-around 5-star experience for sure. The lights look amazing, and it’s so nice to have abundant light now, especially at night. We were very pleased at how smoothly the install went. It seems like an annoying glitch comes up with every project we’ve done, so it was really great that things went exactly as planned here, especially considering all of the coordinating Rock Solid had to do (scaffolding, inspections, patch & paint, and so on) and the complexity of the install. James (of Rock Solid Electrical) has done several electrical wiring projects at my house with excellent results. James goes above and beyond the call of duty to do a great job, meet all codes, and make his customers happy. He is easy to talk with, friendly, and knowledgable.

I met first with James, who scoped out the project and then provided an estimate, and then Alan, who did the installation. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Friendly enough on the phone, but zero follow through. Instead of scheduling an appointment for an estimate, they asked me to take pics and describe project in a text, which I did in elaborate detail. They acknowledged receiving this and then...no call back. If you're too busy or job is too small, you need to communicate this. Would not recommend.

Thompson Electric arrived on time and got the job done quickly and within time and budget. Tommy had some excellent suggestions and came up with a better long-term fix to my problem than I had come up with myself. Highly recommended.

I had Tommy come up to do an estimate to get electrical work done for a hot tub. He was very responsive and came up within a couple days of my request. He even came up a second time to snake some conduits and give me a more realistic estimate. While he was here he noticed a problem with the main power line coming into my house and told me he would put in the paperwork to PG&E and get me an estimate for that work also.

Tommy was not here the day of the work but his guys were fantastic. I had Tyler, and Matt here the entire day working. They consulted with me when needed and worked very hard the entire day. They also took pride in their work and the work they did looked very professional and really flowed with the layout of my home. They also stayed late troubleshooting after PG&E failed to turn back on my gas line after their repair. I couldn't have asked for better service and more professional work.

Thompson has become our go-to electrician. They responded quickly several times when we had relatively small jobs -- fix faulty wiring at a ceiling light, add a grounded outlet . . . And they did a big job -- new 200 amp entry panel -- on time, no problems, trouble-free coordination with PG&E and permit people, clearly professional work.

the electrician team got back to me quickly after i called, and even though it wasn't an emergency, they kept in touch and were able to send someone out sooner than planned. jay and todd came over to fix some outdoor wiring and set up a new outdoor light. in under an hour, they took out the old light and put in the new one in a better spot. they cleaned up everything and left my deck looking great. the crew was friendly, knew what they were doing, and made the whole process really easy.

We highly recommend this electrician. We had problems with our recessed lights and needed new fixtures put in. Todd showed up on time and was very helpful and efficient. As he was finishing up, I told him about our outdoor motion sensor light that wasn’t working right and was hard for us to reach. Todd offered to take care of it and even waited while I went to the hardware store to get the right bulbs. He climbed the ladder and got it working again. Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. We’re really glad we found such a great electrician in Novato.

after we experienced a serious electrical problem at home, we reached out for help. evan, the electrician who came out, responded quickly, found the cause, and fixed it right away. he also took the time to inspect other areas in the house to make sure everything was safe and there weren’t any other hidden issues. evan was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff—he even shared some helpful advice on how we could rewire some outlets ourselves to make our system safer and potentially save on costs. we were really happy with the service and will definitely call them again for any electrical work in the future.

The following day, I got a call letting me know the electrician was about 20 minutes away. Jay and Evan showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. Great service! Louis and Jay were professional and friendly, taking care of several electrical issues in our home, like setting up a new line for a microwave and installing outdoor lights with motion sensors. the two electricians who came to add lights in our carport showed up right on time and really knew what they were doing. before starting, they discussed with us the best spots for the lights because of the way our ceiling is built. they finished the wiring and installation fast and did a neat, professional job. they were done much sooner than i expected and we are so happy with how everything turned out. they even fixed some attic wiring while they were here. highly recommend pearson brothers electrical service!

Had a breaker go out and needed quick help. I called Pearson Brothers Electrical Service and explained that I had lost power, which was urgent since I work from home. Louis arrived just a couple of hours later to replace the breaker and got everything working smoothly again. The team did a fantastic job—friendly on the phone and efficient with the repairs. Jay from the team did a fantastic job. They really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, even if something unexpected comes up. Jay handled the wiring for our swim spa, and when there was an issue, he worked hard to fix it instead of leaving like some electricians might.
