They were very responsive! I called in mid morning and Michael was at our door by 2:00 pm. Not only did he attend to the issue with the washer, he left instructions for cleaning and maintaining our washer and dishwasher... complete with formulas. Great service and knowledgeable technician.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I’ve had Michael help me twice in the past year with repair to our 12 year old GE refrigerator. We are in Oakland Hills. He is super responsive (for the recent issue he came within 2 hours of my call!), communicates extremely well (both by text, phone, and in person), and did a great job. Transparent and fair pricing. Really just excellent all around.

I'm a customer for life! Michael has repaired my Bosch dishwasher and my LG dryer. He did a great job on both. He knows his stuff, is honest, reliable and fair. Also a great communicator. I recommend him without hesitation.

1 star is being gracious because the initial phone call went well. During the initial call I made it clear that I was calling for my 75yr old mother, thus it's best to only talk to me. Michael agreed that he would call. He did. During the visit, with me on speaker, it was agreed that I'd get a call the next day about pricing for the parts.

The next day I received Michael's call declining the repair. His reason : Your mother asked me to also repair the ice maker for the same labor fee. My reply : I heard you agree. Why is this an issue today ?

The clear agitation in his voice was not warranted. My question went unanswered. This was intentional and very poor communication !

Thanks for the free diagnostic. Now we can spend our money with a company who deserves it.
