They didn't install my Airbender so part of my dryer is open and exposed but besides that I'm very satisfied

I could've probably avoided my disappointment by judging a book by its cover here.... place is not organized, we thought we would help local business and purchase here. In the end we bough a newer model Samsung top load washer. It doesnt function like it's supposed to, they wouldnt own up to any replacement. We got stuck with it .... yay

A month ago I had my ice maker replace. They sold me Defective ice maker and it has not made ice in a week. The Ice maker is making noise and I paid them over $200 to fix something that only worked temporarily. So I paid over $200 to replace a ice maker that still don’t work. They are waste of money and I will never use them again. I think they knew the ice maker was not going last long because they wrote on the receipt 30 day warranty. Even though they have a warranty at the bottom of the receipt already. I ask to speak to owner or manager and still have not heard back from him.

You don't really want to buy anything here that you expect to work. I bought a dryer, didn't work completely, was within the guarantee, they did come out. But it still didn't work right and now I'm buying a new one from another place.

If I could give it no stars I would! He took $50 deposit from my mom and never answer her calls nor came to see the washer that needed to be fix. Just because the dryer was on top of the washer he said he wasn’t going to be doing all the moving so he’ll be back. After that he never answered the calls nor came back!

So made an appointment on Wednesday 12, 2023. Their worker came in on Friday 14, 2023 to check my washer but his excuse for not checking it was because the dyer was on top, he left and still charge me 50$ for nothing and to do another appointment free of charge for today Friday 21,2023. We moved the dryer but he parked in front of our house and never called nor made the effort of contacting me. I tried to call the place but they didn't answer its like they knew how to steel easy 50$ out of me. I seriously would stay away from this place. 0 stars if I could give it a lower rating.

I have used Cornejo’s Appliances since I moved to this side of town 11 years ago. When an appliance breaks in my house, I have no patience and I want a replacement the same day or the next day. Big box stores are dependent on their contractor’s availability. Also, what I think is a simple request to have the driver call a half hour before they come is typically overlooked. They do carry refurbished appliances, however, the majority of their appliances are new and have a manufacture warranty. If need something specific it can be ordered.

9yrs ago they were the go to spot. Jan 2025 I brought an used fridge for $380 which was a rip off, motor went out 5days after, was rust stains, glass broke while cleaning it, no shelfs for freezer and it took me a month to get the smell out.

Made an appointment for 04/10/2025 and the appointment was from 11am-3pm. The tech called me at 1:48pm that was arriving in 10 minutes, than called me at 2:00pm that has arrived and that he was walking down the garage towards my house. He said he was knocking my door and I called him 2:02pm to see where he was so he can do the service for my washer. And he said that since I didn’t opened the door on time he left and that if he doesn’t have someone opening the door right at when he arrives he just leaves. So I told him that that is very disrespectful from him and the company he represents because he couldn’t even wait 2 minutes for me to open the door, also explain to him that I was pregnant 🤰 and had to use the bathroom while he was walking down the hill to my house, and he said that I had the time to use the restroom or do whatever I had to to when he first called me saying the time he was arriving. So I hang up with the technician, called the store to speak with someone and the lady that answered me said that if the tech says he is arriving in 10 and if no one is at home he leaves, I told her I was home and I just went to the bathroom 🚽. And also told her that any store or company you ask for a service always give you at least 5-10 minutes courtesy wait time, and that I see that they are very disrespectful for not even being able to wait for the customer to open the door 2 minutes. Which big company of high prestige does, they give their customers a courtesy wait time, she never apologized with me. And said do you want me to schedule you again and I said NO because having a company that gives this type of service and having technicians that acts like that in your company. For me that company is not worthed to waist my time (all morning and little of the afternoon) and when they come to my house not even being able to wait for a pregnant woman to finish using the restroom 🚽🤬🤬🤬
