Jim is a REALLY great guy!
He was so helpful...even after he realized that my job was too small for his company, he still stayed and provided me some great input on how to course-correct a drainage problem created by a less-skilled contractor. I even tried to develop an associated drainage project to hire him!!! I really wish I could have hired him - drainage and foundations are his expertise and he is really skilled at explaining the issues to homeowners.

Great company, they took care of all my needs; interior exterior paint, brick work, install vinyl railing, shelves, and much more. Highly recommend them, very conscientious.

The team was great. They communicated great, were flexible around our schedule, were prompt in showing up when they said they would and did great work. I would recommend anyone use them for future construction projects and they were fairly priced.

I was very impressed with the company’s responsiveness and ability to give me an estimate right away.  They also provided pictures of previous homes they’ve painted as well as made suggestions on color schemes to use on my house. Eshel, Brittney and their team did such an amazing job remodeling our gross old bathroom. The quality of work is exceptional, and the crew was always nice and on time. I truly can't express how happy this new bathroom makes me. Every time I walk by it now I smile.

I hired Happy Bay Construction for a complete renovation. They did my kitchen, 2.5 baths and all new flooring through my house. I was very nervous about choosing the right contractor but omg Happy Bay did a great job! My house looks incredible! My best friend couldn't believe it when she saw it. She's now doing her kitchen with them too! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Happy Bay painted our house, added artificial grass and did a composite wood deck with stairs and a railing for us and it turned out beautifully. They were fantastic to work with throughout every phase of the project. There were no surprises, they were always on time, and they kept everything very clean. I definitely recommend them to others.

Very glad I hired Happy Bay for my condo remodel. Water damage meant I needed to replace flooring throughout the unit, and patch walls in the kitchen and laundry room. I changed out the kitchen counters and did some minor electrical work in the bathroom as well.
The bid was reasonable and accurate, and the timing as predicted. Eshel and Ali struck me as a good team the first time they walked through my place, and the work Happy Bay did bore that out.

After work was complete I discovered a pretty bad scratch in the flooring. Their response was, 'of course we'll fix it,' and they did. Within about a week, they bought another box of my flooring and two of the guys came out and replaced the damaged boards. I had already paid in full so you could imagine a contractor just disappearing on you. Not only did they not disappear, they've been out since to complete a minor repair and reiterated that if there's anything else to let them know. I particularly appreciate that they stand behind their work.

Eshel and team installed our central heating in the attic. They did a great job finishing everything on time with attention to detail.

Happy Bay Construction with Mr. Eshel Chandon at its' head is the very BEST. I have had several homes renovated, but none have ever been completed with such efficiency or skill! Eshel has finished all of the repairs down to the retrofitting of my 44 year old home and both the front and backyards. Eshel is honest and extremely hard working! Kudos to the Happy Bay Company! From the start Eshel with Happy Bay were fantastic to work with. We hired Happy bay to do a major remodel in our master bathroom and a minor remodel in our downstairs half bath. They were very professional, and were always prompt when responding to the million questions we had due to it being the first remodel we have ever done. Eshel's crew was very kind and hardworking, and were always sure to get our input when making any final decisions in the space. I was very lucky to have a good friend refer them to me. I have had the pleasure to have Happy Bay Construction do work on my house prepping to sell. They did a fantastic job. They built a a deck and stairs, painted the entire inside, painted the outside, added light fixtures and more. They started on time, finished on time and the quality is top notch!

I’m now having them do retaining walls , fence and total garden repair in my personal home as well as interior work! I’m so excited!

We cannot express enough what a great experience we had working with Eshel and his team on our bathroom renovation. We got many estimates from various companies but ultimately went with Eshel for his thoroughness in listening to our needs as well his fair price point. Our initial goal with this project was to install a washer and dryer, leveraging some of the bathroom space and a nearby closet. Although we initially did not want to do a complete bathroom renovation, once Eshel provided estimates for various options it just made the most sense.

From his initial visit, he helped us think through different scenarios and options to ensure we made the best design decisions to also match our budget.

I recently hired Happy Bay Construction to help with a variety of home improvement projects, including revamping the downstairs which includes installing a sub pump, creating an office space, and handling some important repairs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did.

From the beginning, Eshel, the owner, was excellent in communication. He was quick to respond to my questions and took the time to ensure I was always kept in the loop. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority.

Sump Pump Installation: They installed a sump pump to prevent water from collecting in the basement, addressing an ongoing concern I had.
Lighting & Electrical Work: The team rewired and installed multiple lighting systems throughout the house, all done to perfection. The new lighting really brightened up the space.
Odd Jobs & Repairs: They also took care of numerous smaller tasks like minor repairs and painting rooms, all of which were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
I really appreciated that Eshel and the team were flexible and open to taking on a variety of tasks, from bigger installations to those smaller jobs that often get overlooked.

In terms of pricing, everything was transparent and fair, with no hidden surprises. Payments can be received by credit card or cash online, which are great options. They completed the project on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
