It felt like we struck gold working with eshel’s team for a bathroom remodel. We were on a tight deadline trying to get the bathroom done before our baby came - and they made it happen. Since that project, we’ve had him come back for smaller home renovations. Eshel communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire project, offered design input and creative ideas — which is so helpful when working with SF homes — and was honest and helpful about choosing what upgrades to make to stay within our budget while also creating a bathroom space that worked for us and looked great! His team was wonderful and reliable - they did an amazing job at keeping the rest of house as livable and clean as possible during renovations. Happy Bay Construction is a top-notch construction company. They completely transformed my backyard into a beautiful retreat from the busy city. The project included new wood fencing, a new retaining wall, artificial turf installation, weed barriers, stunning rock scaping, painting the back of the house, trim, and fencing so everything matches perfectly, window re-glazing, and—best of all—a full-size custom waterfall remodel.

Honest review. When our regular handyman retired we took a chance and hired Ambar. We needed to have baseboards replaced. Marco was on time and did a flawless job. We asked if he could rebuild a small linen closed and make it double in size. Perfect job! That led to a complete bathroom remodel, rebuilding a large wall in the living room that had dry rot throughout, pouring two new driveways, replacing the water lines from the house to the curb, and building a front deck. Those are the "big" jobs. Since that first baseboard job, Ambar has become our go-to contractor/handyman and has never disappointed. In addition to larger jobs, Ambar has installed a dishwasher and faucet, under counter lights, insulated the attic, installed a grab bar and hand rail, did some hauling, cut back our giant front tree for the winter and hung security cameras. That's only the stuff I can remember. Every 3 - 4 weeks I call to have them trim the hedges and do yard clean up. In my opinion, his work is flawless, his crew is on time, respectful of property and prices are fair. I forgot to mention the great cleanup after work is completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ambar to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Absolutely fantastic job working with this company- they handled a kitchen remodel for us including the permits. Fantastic knowledgeable crew that was on time ready to work every single day. Our project went from a kitchen remodel to replacing flooring and cabinets as well as paint and electrical.

Henry responds to you via yelp quote and texting and phone. HE RESPONDS. Sometimes even after hours because you are contacting him. You get a quote and you can pay installments.
My project was a concrete job for my broken sidewalk. Henrys quote was the lowest out of the 4 quotes I received. He updated me on permit times and inspection dates and schedule of construction.

I used this company for may of my remodel, my recent one was in October 2025 and completed in January 2026 fire related issues. Henry was the best to work with, always keep you informed of the status and work with my insurance company patiently for the payments. There’s no words to describe how grateful I am to Henry and how much he was willing to help when a crisis arises. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Bought a new house and there were various issues within the crawlspace regarding joists and floor damage. Henry was the only person to respond to any inquiries as everyone else brushed me off as "not worth the time." Henry came by to do an estimate and he went through my crawlspace to take a look at the damages and potential need for repair. Let me tell you, that crawlspace is about 3 feet tall and dirty but that didn't stop him.

Henry told me what he saw, took a look at the inspection report I received when I bought the house, and told me what needs to be done and what I can put on the backburner.

Henry provided a fair price and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He was also flexible with timing as well as any change orders that needed to be made.

You can't go wrong giving Henry a chance.

We are so glad we hired Enrique and his team to help us with the work on our house. Their team was very knowledgeable about the right way to approach our complicated situation. They were very communicative at every step along the way. Enrique responded quickly to our initial request for a quote, and once we were ready, their team was available to start. The whole team was courteous and skilled. We will gladly hire them again!

We hired Enrique and his team to remodel our bathroom. Enrique is a great guy -- very responsive, fair, and honest. We had a few issues come up during construction and he never tried to trick us into thinking it was acceptable, he had his guys fix it without question. We are happy with the final product. It was a total gutjob and Enrique's knowledge of how plumbing, electrical, etc. all work make me confident the bathroom will last a long time.

Enrique and his team are absolutely amazing at their work! We needed his help for remodeling our two bathrooms, and they did a fantastic job. One of the bathrooms was converted from a bathtub to a tiled walk-in shower, and Enrique's team were extremely meticulous about all of the tile-laying and plumbing work required. Additionally, they were always very responsive and carefully explained all of the different processes that they would be doing. Everything proceeded as-was quoted, and we are excited to have Enrique back in the future for additional home improvements!

M724 Builders we’re fantastic to work with. My bathroom remodel came out better than expected. I felt like it was a true partnership. They had great suggestions along the way that helped to improve the project. Staff were always very professional, courteous, conscientious and timely.

My wife and I highly recommend M 7.24 Builders. We've hired the company to do several house projects on our 1925 home, including flooring, exterior repair, and full exterior house painting. All the work done has been timely and on schedule, good quality, and quick. The workers are friendly and know what they're doing. Project leads explain the work to be done patiently, and follow up at all stages of the project to notify us of their progress. We also had a recent significant plumbing emergency, and M 7.24 was able to respond to and fix the problem immediately.

M7.24 completed a two-phase project for our condo building following a recent balcony inspection. Henry came out to provide estimates for each phase and helped us prioritize the various components of the work. Throughout the project, Henry and his team were communicative, efficient, and flexible—especially when it came to coordinating access to different units. They even brought in a specialized engineer to evaluate one particularly tricky area. They made a big project feel as easy and smooth as possible, and we’ll definitely look to them again in the future!
