5- Star only because 10-stars are not available. I called in this morning looking for a specific part that X20 other supply houses did not have in stock. Every other Plumbing supply rep, picked up the phone and hung up with no solution within 30 seconds.

Meyer Plumbing Supply is the ONLY company who asked questions to figure out what I need and shower enough care to not only check their other locations inventory but went as far as to call the local product reps and create a solution for us.

In a world that lacks compassion and the ability to connect and be present, finding a company that actually cares enough to go above and beyond for their customers is unique and should be recognized!

Unprofessional staff that waste your time. I had a tech come out to diagnose why our shower wasn't heating up and he couldn't give me a clear answer. He came back out a second time and was hours late just to tell me they couldn't do anything for me.

I got a second person to come out from a different company and he told me what was wrong with it right away.

Fast response! Pricing is fair and not outrageous like other companies. Very knowledgeable!

BEWARE - terrible service! Would give zero or negative stars if I could. A plumber (also possibly the owner), named Seif, from this company tried to clear my blocked toilet with an auger. He was so rough with the auger, that he damaged the toilet leaving deep, ugly scratches all over the inside of the toilet bowl. Not a single time before or during did he warn about the potential damage. And even after, made no mention of the scratches. We discovered the damage after the tech already left. We called the company back immediately that same day (Feb 26, 2018) and many times after--3 weeks, 6 calls, and 2 emails later not a single person from the company has called me back to fix the damage they caused. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't go with this unprofessional company, they'll damage your property and then ignore you.

I love Z and Z plumber. They're really friendly and affordable. I used to spend my weekends hunched over repairing the sinks in my ancient apartment building, then I discovered this business. They've unclogged my main twice, bored out grit from my pipes, and replaced a water heater. They sold and installed the same water heater I bought for another unit for $300 less than I paid last time and were a whole lot more prompt. From the initial phone call to all dealings with plumbers Z and Z is great. I will never do home plumbing again.

Thank you to ivan realy nice guy who help me with my bathtub it wasn't drain and he went downstairs and provided me recommendation to fix my old pipe he clean my drain and the next day they came and installed a new drain Thank you so much

I had a leaking shower head and tried to replace my shower cartridge myself. The locking nut for the cartridge was bound to the valve and we couldn't get it out. Juan came from Z and Z plumbing and was super respectful and friendly to work with. So knowledgable and was able to work through all the problems (and there were lots of problems). He was patient, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have come to my family's home. All that, AND they gave a fair rate for the repair. Living in the Bay Area, so many people are out there trying to rip you off. I would 100% reach out to Juan and Z and Z for all our future issues. Thank you Juan and Z and Z!

Recently had Z & Z come out to my house and help me get in compliance for my private sewer lateral certificate. Sergio and his crew were extremely professional every step of the way from explaining the situation, planning, dealing with permits and city inspectors. Due to my homes location and age there were a number of issues that came up but they were able to find creative solutions and avoid expensive costs. Overall I had a great experience and will be using them again.

Thank to Pablo and thank you to Z and Z Plumbing for helping me with my kitchen sink! They responded quickly and sent a very nice technician who explained everything clearly. He recommended doing maintenance on my drain because there’s a lot of grease buildup over time. I’ll definitely call them back to take care of it. I highly recommend Z and Z Plumbing!
