I recently had issues with my toilet failing to flush along with poor water flow when it did flush. I needed a plumber on short notice and Ehret Co Plumbing and Heating responded quickly to my request and fixed the issue at a very fair price. The plumber they sent was knowledgable, respectful, and informed me of the repairs and costs prior to repairing the issue. I will continue to use this company for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

Ehret plumbing is extremely reliable and fast. The customer service on the phone was very helpful and communicative. And supringingly, a plumber came on Mother's day within 15 minutes, when other companies said it would be 2-3 hours. Marvin was really understanding and knowledgeable about plumbing. And he resolved the blockage almost immediately. I would recommend Ehret to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

I called Ehret Plumbing because there was a leak under my kitchen sink and my toilet was clogged.
They had availability and were able to schedule me the same day. The price was reasonable and service was great!!! Turns out the P- trap needed to be replaced and they were able to unclog my toilet!

I highly recommend Ehret Co Plumbing for anyone who needs help with their plumbing needs!!! We found out that our house did not have hot water last night and i immediately called the office to ask for help! Marvin showed up the next day morning and helped me with installing the new water heater, Marvin is nice, professional and super helpful! Great service and reasonable price! Highly recommend!

My old toilet had been giving me trouble for a while—it was outdated and just not working properly anymore. I knew it was finally time for a replacement, so I reached out to Ehret Plumbing.
I was greeted by a friendly staff member from their office and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for the same day. Jorge came out and provided me with a quote. The price was reasonable, so I decided to move forward.
He returned the next day to replace the toilet and was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and I’m really glad I chose Ehret. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work.

1 Star due to overall respect for the customer, started off with them taking up 2 parking spaces with their van no consideration to the tenants on that behalf. Disregarded conversations that led to no solutions partially from the language barrier. Left personal trash from lunch breaks. Disposed concrete mixing water in inappropriate location of yard. Did not properly finish procedure of concrete (shiny substance) on top of concrete work. I understand you're not a landscaping company but left behind concrete mixed in soil in various areas of the yard. I'm only a renter here but I know when I become a homeowner I know which plumbing service I am avoiding. After weeks of all that their is still a leak coming from the dishwasher. Oh yeah also gravel and small tools left throughout driveway which I believe led to a flat tire on my car. Thank You Ehret !

This business is amazing. I broke a weird fitting for my shower / bathtub. The fitting is from the 1950s and I was unable to find it in any of the big hardware stores in the bay area. I was advised by Ashby plumbing to go see Ehrett, and they were able to find the part in their stock room saving me weeks of having to live without water. They were most helpful on the phone and in person !

I have been a very satisfied customer if Ehret plumbing for over a decade. I used to manage property and they were such a reliable vendor that I called them often. Now that I own a house I exclusively call them. The plumbers are always pleasant and they do great work no matter how big or small the job is.

Ehret responded quickly on a leak repair. The guy who came out understood the situation immediately, asked good questions, took good notes, and scheduled a plumber to come out the next day. The guy who did the work was on time, had all the parts and got the work done quickly, using good quality materials. Overall highly professional response to a small but urgent plumbing issue. I was first acquainted with Ehret Co. when reviewing estimates for our daughter’s condo - which needed sewer lateral work. Ehret came in with the lowest bid and did the job well and efficiently and I was impressed with the workers. Ehret is a family business located in East Oakland. I recommended them to several friends who needed home plumbing repairs; they have come out to me for estimates on a drainage issue - turned out they couldn’t do what was needed as the camera was too large for the drain and I was not charged for the time plus many suggestions. Recently they did two repairs on two different toilets, same problem both times! Ehret also came out to a friend’s house for an emergency plumbing problem. The plumber was pleasant, efficient and the job was priced fairly and appointments were available quickly. Highly recommend this business for any plumbing issue.
