Alfredo was our Mr Rooter Technician to repair water leak to hook up our washer/dryer.

He knows his craft locate and how the water shut off work. It's not an easy job. He works clean, prepared with a bucket and wearing bootie shoes protection. He is thorough in his job.Explained what needs done and show the finished product to inspect as completed . Addition is a very approachable personality

We have a time window of 3 hrs. it was completed before that . He left with our satisfaction . Clean area . Problems corrected. Alfredo is your man for any plumbing problems. Won't disappoint.

Super honest and reasonable plumbers. They came out for a clogged sink, and the job was so straightforward that they opted not to bill us at all, just told us to call them next time we have something more serious to deal with. Which we definitely will!

Alex was great! We had a clog and he was here on short notice. He explained the options available clearly with photos and video, and then fixed it quickly. Also took care of some minor fixes that were a huge help!

Made a last-minute appointment with Mr Rooter in Oakland. Billy came all the way over to San Francisco to take care of a leaking bathroom sink P-trap. He also investigated a number of other issues and provided a follow up estimate. He is the owner’s son, working side-by-side with his brother and dad — 5 generations of plumbers! With that kind of pedigree I can confirm that this is a plumber outfit with serious game! Totally customer focused and to the point. Very knowledgeable about the things they work on and forthright about not getting into jobs they don’t specialize in. For me, I found them quite refreshing and unexpected. Only the price was a tad high, but I paid it with full knowledge I was getting top-notch service. So many plumbers and electricians smugly conduct their affairs almost against their customers wishes. I can’t praise Billy and his company enough for being on point! Already have a follow-up project in the works with them.

Billy is a real pleasure to work with - he’s friendly, professional, and takes care of repairs quickly and skillfully. I had a long to do list and he resolved all the issues in just 2 hours. He is definitely a 5 ⭐️ employee!!!

These guys are great, super easy to schedule service and they show up on time. My tech Vito was on his second job at my house and he is awesome! Professional, friendly and a damn good tech. Our technician Alfredo was amazing. He was quick and efficient! Our toilet was clogged and he helped us identify the problem. He also went above and beyond and checked on our plumbing under in the crawl space.

Mr. Rooter was able to come and fix my sewer backup issue within the same morning. Alfredo was our plumbing technician and he was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me how things work and was able to creatively solve some out of the box hiccups that arose during the service. Their pricing is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues.

Arrived home to a pool of water all over the kitchen floor. Found we'd sprung a leak in a line under the kitchen sink past the shut off valve. Thank heavens Alex was able to come out within hours. He confirmed we'd shut off the water correctly, inspected under the house, explained everything he was doing, and then offered multiple levels of solutions to choose from. I wasn't in a state of mind to make a big decision and so he offered to come back the next day. He returned promptly the next day and did the work in a few hours. There was never any pressure to do more than what we were comfortable with; we'll definitely be calling Mr Rooter and Alex when we're ready to do more work! Highly recommend!

I called to make an appointment and they had one available the next morning. I received a text 30mins before the appointment to let us know Alfredo was the assigned technician and on his way. He was punctual to the appointment, and after walking him through the issues, he explained the job that needed to be done clearly. The quote and details were pulled up upfront on the iPad, with flat rate pricing that also listed the components that would be replaced.

Alfredo himself was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He guided us through the whole process with clear explanations of what he was doing. Besides fixing the immediate problem, he also took some steps to diagnose multiple other possible root causes of the issue. I very much appreciated that he didn't put any pressure or push with going for a larger or broader jobs. When I also shared about some auxiliary concerns, he went above and beyond to provide additional recommendations and information. I was very grateful that he was our assigned technician - thank you!

Mr Rooter came highly recommended by a neighbor - so while I didn't do much as much research on how it compares - I would go with them again in the future again given how positive this experience was.

Alfredo arrived promptly as scheduled. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He cleaned up the job site before leaving and tested the plumbing. The work comprised of opening the wall and cutting a drain pipe to lower it to proper code and installing new plumbing below the kitchen sink.
