Elias and his crew were the best plumbers I have ever hired. 3 days before my new renters were supposed to move in, I discovered we had a hot water problem. Elias helped me try to solve the issue without doing a complete galvanized to copper replacement. But ultimately, that is what we had to do. He was fast, professional, met all deadlines, and delivered what was promised. Most impressive was his ability to be an expert in his field and still be a great communicator too. He texted me photos of his progress and was able to dial internationally (3 other companies couldn't figure out how to dial an international number). I will only use & recommend Elias and his company from now on.

The representative was very professional, clear and concise about what was needed and options for replacing my sump pump.

Service was prompt, same day I called. Alfredo Macias arrived as predicted and did a remarkable job of diagnosing and then fixing the problem in less than two hours. He obviously knew exactly what to do, did it rapidly and quietly, and left the work site clean as a whistle. Give this man a raise!

Carlos, Diane, and the Mr Rooter Team are amazing! Our office had a plumbing emergency. Carlos showed up and fixed it before everyone needed the kitchen for lunch.

My initial scheduled appointment to repair clogged gutter lower fitting that was done with the utmost expertise by Mr. Alfredo. He was so thorough that two other repairs were also accomplished.

I needed a tankless water heater installed quickly, and Mr Rooter really came through. They were very good about setting schedules and keeping me updated about exact arrival times for the estimate as well as the installation. Work was done beautifully.

This is our third time using Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs and we will definitely be using them again. They have been quick to respond and thorough in the work completed. Astoundingly, they have been able to send a plumber out the very next day which has been above and beyond for us. Today, Adam came out to install a water line for our new fridge and he was amazing! Was kind and communicated clearly with us, including showing photos of the work that needed to be done and the work that was completed. He even continued to do our install as we had the fridge delivered. A HUGE thanks to you Adam and for the work you completed.

We had to test and bring our lateral sewer up to Ebmud code. Jimmy was fantastic!! Alfredo ,orlan , sunti were super considerate and got the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Overall we were really very impressed with how professionally and quickly this whole process was completed. Highly recommend these guys.

Vito was much less qualified than Mr. Rooter old-timers who maintained our plumbing in the past. Also, he was pushing extra repairs that the system doesn't really need. And. I still did not get the report... Bring back the quality

Mr Rooter’s was able to have someone on site within hours. Uriel was professional and courteous; he explained the steps and was able to fix our clog and have us up and running again quickly. I highly recommend!

I called them because the garbage disposal wasn't working at my tenants apartment. When they showed up it turned out it was just a bit backed up and they cleared it in two minutes. They never even charged me for fixing it! They just sent me an estimate for what a replacement would cost when the time came. Compare that to last time a had a plumbing leak and called Olivero's plumbing, they took a picture of the ceiling, told me to get a contractor, and then sent me a bill for $700 just for showing up.

Pablo (service technician) was polite, punctual, thorough, and very detail-oriented. He objectively explained all repair options without exerting any pressure on which one to choose, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend him and his organization for their plumbing services!

I got plumbing done by Adam & Sunti on Christmas Eve! They were very prompt & professional, very smooth & pleasant experience. Their business high review is solid!

Adam first came to fix a leaky shower faucet. Easy booking the appointment online, & there was an open slot an hour later. He CC brought the parts needed for the shower head based on my description. But the faucet was over 20 years old, so it actually needed to replace the pipes in the wall. He explained well what the work involved, & that drywall was not, which is not their expertise. He list out the cost breakdown, & the down payment, etc. He came back first thing next morning on Christmas Eve, & brought Sunti so he can make sure to finish the job by 1pm, which they finished about 12:30pm. The new shiny copper pipe, & he even install the new knob & plate, which I expected to just keep the old parts, looks much better with the new 😀 Now I don’t have to worry about the problem on Christmas, very appreciative of Adam’s thoughtfulness bringing Sunti, the prompt service. Highly recommended!

The plumber Billy was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. This company is privileged to have him and I will use your services going forward for my plumbing needs on my 90 year old house. Thank you!

Alfredo Macias was the ultimate professional! We have had numerous issues with our sewer line across the last few years - sometimes it was our line, sometimes it was the city connection, but never could find a permanent solution. We were ready to get quotes for an entire sewer line replacement, but Alfredo helped us diagnose the issue and find the right long term solution. He was really took his time in explaining things and was clearly an expert in the trade. He went above and beyond in helping us and we look forward to working with him on future projects!

I had a technician almost slam into me yesterday. At the Oakland Bay Bridge toll lights, I was in my lane but because I had fewer people ahead of me at the timed lights, this technician raced up from behind me to try to pass and cut me off. He didn’t have enough time so he slammed on his breaks, and when he realized he was going to slam into the cars in front of him, he charged into my lane and would have collided with me had I not quickly turned into the lane next to me. Thankfully I didn’t hit anyone because of his awful and reckless driving. The driver proceeded to give me the finger multiple times while playing dumb and acting like he didn’t understand what he did wrong. His behavior signals that he is a classless person and I advise everyone to think about if this is the kind of reckless and dishonest person you want working on your house. I called right after and filed a complaint (with the driver still giving me the finger multiple times as we crossed the bridge together) and to no surprise the company has not bothered to reach back out to me.

We had a great visit with Vito who was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a diagnostic visit, and while we are not yet 100% sure that the issue is completely resolved, we feel very happy with his service and would be very happy to have him come back to help with the next part of the “work-up” if it is not resolved. Feeling satisfied and hopeful.

Ed (estimator) and Billy (plumber) were fantastic, and the front office staff communicates very well.

I'm a Realtor and it's uncommon to find vendors that are this 'on the ball.' HIGHLY recommended.
