When a problem recurred a few months later as we anticipated it might, he fixed it, covering the labor costs, and asking me just to pay for the new parts. We had an excellent experience with Lenny and Good Fit Plumbing. Lenny helped with several plumbing issues in our house - from fixing pipes under the kitchen sink to installing a circulator so we quickly get hot water in the bathroom farthest from the water heater. Everything about working with Lenny was straightforward-getting an estimate, generously answering questions, paperwork, scheduling and doing the job. I hired him to install water powered back up sump pumps in our crawlspace. This was a solution he had not worked with before, but he read the diagrams, understood them, installed them, and they worked the first time. Nothing needed to be redone. He showed me what he did afterwards and explained it very clearly. He will be my first call, the next time I need a plumber.

Lenny is the man! Right on time for our appt, did a great job replacing two kitchen sink faucets, which were rather tricky with placement of under sink hardware. He also correctly identified and fixed a toilet leak which was probably caused by another plumber. Friendly guy, and I highly recommend his services. Also, bonus points for the great logo/branding on his van!
