Yes, five stars. I found Good Fit Plumbing on Maps and called. Lenny was over quickly to assess and fix my leaky water heater problem. He was happy to walk around the house and talk about all of the plumbing issues I could think of off the top of my head including getting me un-stuck on a leaky toilet issue I had tried fixing myself. We set up a time for a return visit to add a water line to the refrigerator and I'm sure we'll be requesting more visits until everything is in ship shape. I would not hesitate to recommend Lenny & Good Fit Plumbing to anyone in the area looking for a solid plumber.

Lenny was great! I bought a garbage disposal that he was unfamiliar with, but he took his time (not long) and he installed it no problem. He even found a couple possible issues with the equipment and did some minor alterations to fix it, no extra charge. Also, the price on the website was the price I paid, which is rare when dealing with most plumbers or maintenance techs who always find a way to add costs onto the quoted price.

I also had an issue with a bathroom sink that Lenny looked at but ultimately felt it was a little out of his depth and declined to fix. However he called an associate on the spot who agreed to come fix the sink in the next couple days.

I have personally experienced maintenance pros come and try to do work they weren’t sure about and ended up doing more damage but still wanted to be paid. I truly appreciate a business that’s transparent about their prices and cares enough about the quality of their work that they won’t allow themselves to do something they’re uncomfortable with.

Will definitely hire again.

Lenny was relentless when it came to pursuing a $3,300 rebate from TECH Clean. He had to submit documentation multiple times before they finally approved the application, and I got my rebate check. Ace Bay Plumbing was so professional when I called. They came right on time and did the plumbing work around my house. Some plumbers come late and take forever to do a job so I was like I hope these people don’t come and slack around but they actually work on time and took time to explain to me and did a great job. I will definitely continue to call them when I need work around my house.

We had a very pleasant experience with the team at Ace Bay Plumbing. They were timely during their multiple visits and they communicated well when they were running behind schedule. They moved one of our water lines from one wall to another and they came back to connect everything (sink, dishwasher, and stove) after our stonework was complete.
