Called for a bathroom faucet repair. The plumbing technician evaluated the issue quickly and advised me of my options to repair or replace. The repair work was done professionally, timely and with great customer service. The faucet works perfectly again with no drips or issues.

Alex and Benny did a fantastic job replacing our old water heater with a new on-demand unit, as well as taking care of a few smaller repairs. I purchased a new washer, dryer and stove. My house is old so I needed to replace the gas shutoff valve for the stove and replace a p-trap pipe for the washer, which was leaking. Called Mr. Rooter for estimates for both. The technician showed up prepared, was very professional and considerate of my space. I was only able to afford the valve replacement at the time and the installation of that was pretty quick and efficient. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and will be contacting them soon to replace the pipe for the washer drain.

Aidan was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I botched trying to unclog a drain myself and Aidan was very encouraging about my efforts. All the while coming in and quickly and efficiently diagnosing and fixing the problem. Scheduling service was also a breeze. I’ll definitely call Aidan and Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing needs!

Ed came and checked out what we wanted to do at my home and 3 days later Billy arrived fully equipped and did great, professional job! Great price and wonderful explanation of the software to operate our emergency shut off valve for whole house water from anywhere in the world.

Today, Alex F. (and team) performed a preventative maintenance job of cleaning our storm drains. Prior to Alex arriving on time, he called ahead to inform us he was coming and contacted us once the cleaning was completed. Alex not only provided us with a detailed summary of his work once the job was done, but also asked if there was anything else needed or if there was any questions he could answer. The full circle of service and care was perfect. I cannot say enough about Mr. Rooter's services, and the professional and friendly work Alex (and his team) did. Alfredo Macias took care of everything promptly yesterday . He was courteous and efficient. At another time, Alex Beceras installed a hot water heater for us. He was also courteous and efficient ( 5 stars).

We very much appreciate the work Alfredo Macias, from Mr. Rooter, did for us. He was very thorough and explained the entire process to my husband, showing him the video of all the roots in our pipes. Clearly a downside of having a garden full of trees.

Do not hestitate to call Mr. Rooter if yiu need plumming services. I had a clogged drain in my basement, went online to schedule an appointment and I received a call before I even had time to hit the "submit button". Technician, Uriel, arrived this morning at the scheduled time, we talked about my issue. Along with his extra long electrical snake and some muscle power, he successfully cleared my drain and now able to do laundry without water backing up in my basement. The technician who came out deserves 10 stars as well as the office staff. Very reliable and I have their number in my phone and will call for any future problems that might arise in my home. UPDATE; Uriel from Mr. Rooter returned today, 10/28/25 to do a hydro-jet cleaning of my drain at my request, when he first attempted to use the hydro-jet he ran into something hard in my pipe, so he got out his cable/snake and with some extra elbow grease he was able to get the cable thru and then proceeded with the hydro cleaning which completely cleared my drain, we went outside to the curb and thru the vent/sewer, i could hear the water going thru as well as feel the air coming through the vent plate. Once again, Uriel was efficient and explained the entire process and even gave me some good advice regarding the drain hose on my washing machine. Originally the hose drained into a sink and I was able to attach a lint catcher, however due to renovations in my home, a change was made in that the hose now drained directly into a pipe and not able to attach the lint catcher, with his advice, i revert to having the drain hose drain directly into the sink and avoid having lint going down the drain.
I worked in the medical field for 55 years and prided myself on providing good service and treating all my patients with respect and courtesy, those principles are shared by Uriel and people at Mr. Rooter.

Vito was my service tech. Polite, detailed and highly organized. Cleared kitchen sink with snake and replaced drainage pipe. took about 2 hours, recommend highly.

Carlos and Sauti worked all day to completely replace the gas pipes in our Albany house which is over a hundred years old. They did the work with a minimum of change to the house which was a big relief because I had feared it would involve tearing up walls and ceiling. I am happy to say now my four gas appliances are back in action and there is no longer a gas leak. In addition to repairing that, they also updated the stove connection and installed an automatic gas shut off. They were friendly and polite and I’m pleased with the results of their work.

Excellent service. Minor traffic delay which is understandable where I am located. I liked the use of the tablet computers to show me what was going-on and the ability with the on-site workmen to consult with the home office for advice and direction. The work was successful and my roof downspout drain was cleared.
