Kyle and his team completed a room addition for my house in 2023 that included a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. The workmanship was excellent and all of his staff members were very friendly and efficient.

Right after Covid shut everything down, our house flooded and our family had nowhere to go. It was an extremely difficult time, but Kyle and his crew were the one bright light for us. They worked so hard to get us back in our house as soon as possible. Kyle has incredible attention to detail and he makes sure everything is done right. We are so happy with our home and so very grateful to Musick Construction for the incredible work they did.

I am so grateful for Musick Construction! I reached out to one of my friends in the construction industry requesting a referral for a restoration company to assist us with a leak we had in our home. Musick came highly recommended from someone who works with similar companies on a daily basis with the highest praise. I quickly understood why they came so highly recommended. Josefina and Mary who are the main contacts in the office were extremely kind and provided exceptional service while helping me understand the process (as a house leak was uncharted territory for us). Miguel was the team member who came to our home to assess the damage and completed all the water mitigation work. We were confident that he took the best care of our home to get us ready for the rebuild process. We highly recommend Musick construction & Restoration. We had a flood in the downstairs of our home. A team came out within a few hours & started the restoration process. Workers were polite & professional. The lead, Miguel, was very nice & explained every step keeping us apprised of the work schedule. They worked efficiently & quickly. They are now doing a remodel of the kitchen & downstairs. The contractor, Kyle Musick, has been amazing! He’s very knowledgeable & has great ideas & suggestions. We would be lost w/o him! We love the work they’ve done. Monte, who did the electrical work, gave us great advice & Tim, the carpenter, did fabulous work on the kitchen cabinets. Kyle has been invaluable to us. Truly we couldn’t be happier with the whole company including Jackie who does the admin.

Wow, what a great company to deal with recently had some water damage in our office and I didn’t know who to call after calling a couple other companies they didn’t impress me and once I called Suncoast I knew they were the ones for me, professional courteous, great communication throughout the whole job If you’re on the fence about a company don’t be call them today.

Well this is a bit silly. It has been almost a year since Kyle came and did a top tier demo and dry after we had a leak in our condo's kitchen.

Well, Kyle is awesome and made sure to keep us informed of what he was doing, how he was going to do it, and other than the noise, my cat liked him.
He was professional and approachable at all times. He also helped us figure out our insurance better than the adjuster.

15/10 would use again.

SunCoast came out quickly, started the restoration work promptly and even worked on a holiday to help minimize the water leak damage. They were compassionate and knowledgable, answered our Q’s and assisted with the insurance claims process. Thank you Kyle, Brandon, and SunCoast team!

Kyle's team is amazing. We had water damage in our house and he made the process quick and easy. We are expecting a baby and I was worried about mold/asbestos exposure, but they did such a lovely job that I hardly noticed any construction work. Super grateful for this company!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Sun Coast Restoration. The owner Kyle and the supervisor, Brandon are both top notch professionals. A plumbing company sent a plumber to my place on July 4 to unclog the drain. He accidentally shattered my tenant's drains and flooded their place. The company sent Sun Coast Restoration to repair the damage. Sun Coast was the silver lining in this unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to treat the mold and resolve the problem. They also replaced my floors and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I have high standards. I am a perfectionist when it comes to construction. They exceeded my expectations. All of the employees have extremely high integrity. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Kyle, Brandon, and team will be my go-to restoration (and flooring company) from here on out.

Sun Coast restored our home from fire damage. They did an excellent job! They got the job done quickly. It’s like the fire never occurred. We would recommend them for any of your Home restoration needs.
