Its been 4 months since they did my concrete and i still have these stains all over my concrete , does anyone know how to get rid of them! i Is this Normal?

Can u say con game? Let me tell you so this will not happen to you...well 1st they broke our sprinklers with the tractor even though we told them to put plywood down to prevent damage and now it's 5 months later and they still have not fixed them after repeated requests for them to do
so and we already lost 9 plants...2nd we told them to leave enough dirt from digging the pool hole to level the lot and they did not and the foreman said no problem we are digging another pool up the street and we will bring some dirt back to level the lot but the sub contractor said no way and wanted $2500 to bring it back a total of 6 scoops that took 5 hours to do....R U kidding? So we paid it and guess what? they never finished leveling the lot took our $2500 worked on it with 3 men 1 in a dump truck 1 in a bobcat and 1 with a compactor a total of 5 hours was spent on it and never finished it and left it unlevel still to this day refusing to come back and do the job right...really $2500 for that is a little excessive on the little work that was done misleading for sure....also the concrete sub contractor poured concrete not to the plans and they refuse to come back and do the job right according to the plans saying we got what we paid for and once again not to plan...the Blue Haven foreman also took $275 for a remote for the pool and guess what he was ripping customers off for this and was fired took our $275 and several other customer's money in the area also and what a company Blue Haven is saying they will not refund any customers for this foremans actions that worked for them...also the sub contractors that worked on the pool they never cleaned up any mess from building the pool rebar wood with nails large boulders scap gunnite all left behind for us to clean up as well as all the trash from the workers that would throw empty water bottles food trash all was thrown in the empty pool like a giant trash can even though we had trash cans less than 15 feet from where they were working...brand new walls in the back yard near the pool build covered in plaster and gunnite that was never cleaned up even though we made repeated requests to do so...the walls that we're removed so the tractor can get in the back yard was rebuilt with a different color block and different color grout not even close to the original color so now we have a two tone wall and on top of all that they are months over the promised due date of completion just making excuse after excuse and not taking responsibility for any errors on the work that the sub contractors did and not doing it right...saying they are not taking responsibility for what ever promised work the foreman said would be done and even though he worked for them and no responsibility for the money taken from us and was fired over in other words Blue Haven takes no responsibility for any of the actions their employees and no responsibility for their sub contractors actions who also work for them...great company u got there..NOT

I requested a pool quote / bid. Tony came out took measurements of my yard and told me he would get back to me with a 3D drawing of the pool and the cost. After two emails and a phone call, I still have not received or heard from Tony going on two weeks now. This is concerning! My thought is if they lack or fail to follow up with a bid to get my business what will it be like if I allowed them to build me a pool.

Here I am writing another review on this company! Has been over a year since we signed this contract and still have not completed the project people be aware do your research these companies tell u what u want to hear and don’t come through!!! Sad they do this u save so much money for they can just ignored you! Still waiting on a slide that was added back in May of 2020 and they still can’t figure out how to pass it by the city! They broke our concrete and still have not came out to fix he’s told my his bad like 3 times someone would be here for the past few weeks!

We went into contract in May of 2020 for our pool project. 13 mos today and still our pool isn't finished. They can't tell us when it will be completed. we've had nothing but delay after delay since the beginning and it seems like no one in that office communicates with each other. We've had open trenches and piles of dirt in our back yard and drive way for months now and it seems like all we have left to do is the plaster. They did the shotcrete months ago and we are starting to see some cracks in it, I brought it up to their attention and they said it was normal. We've tried calling and emailing them and seems like we always get the run around, like they don't care since they've pretty much got all their money. Ron is never available to take any calls and doesn't return calls. Yukary is no longer working at the office so now they are trying to pick up where she left off. I called corporate last month and filed a complain against the office in Ontario. They told me to call them back in a couple of weeks if things weren't moving along. This has been a very frustrating and horrible experience. I only hope if that if they ever do finish, that we don't have any problems with the pool or equipment because I have a feeling that it is going to be even worst trying to get them to come out and inspect and repair if anything needs fixing.

This pool place is over and beyond what you could expect! They were great with customer service and also with the contractors they used for each job were outstanding and very professional people! Our pool was done within 4 months and all concrete work around our pool is outstanding! This company all around was great service!

Been wanting to build a pool for years and choosing someone to trust to destroy your backyard and then make it the place you dreamed about is a huge decision!! Blue Haven Pools showed up on time and killed the project!! Got my own paradise and will never leave the house again!! Believe it when I say they got you!!!

Happy with our completed job. We just finished a pool in our backyard. 40 feet long and a great size for a perfect rectangle backyard. Thank you for doing a great job Blue Haven we appreciate you guys.!

My pool came out beautifully. Even better than I had hoped. Everyone was courteous and professional, Especially offering design ideas I hadn't thought of. Very happy with the end result!

3 years ago I got a pool from blue haven in Ontario and it was the worst experience ever the owner Ron didn’t care for customer satisfaction. I’m writing this review now but I should’ve wrote this 3 years ago. The only time I saw Ron was when he picked up my deposit when the construction started and when we went to court. I couldn’t get a hold of him through out the whole process. His sub contractors were not very professional. They left a lot of trash in my back yard that I had to pick up when I got off work. And I called him on it and all he said was that he was sorry. I could probably write a book on this . Put the reason I’m writing this is because of the plaster work that they did was awful. I paid extra to get color plaster and I didn’t get what I wanted. The plaster contractor we’re not professional. My wife was always at home communicating to me at work on what was going on and she caught them drinking beer and playing loud music in the backyard while they were working on my plaster . I was very upset and I notified Ron and he said that he was sorry and that he was going to talk to the contractor. To make a long story short they filled up the pool that same day and 3 days later I started noticing white lines and white spots appearing on the the plaster that was supposed to be all gray dove. . I went back an forth with this situation with Ron and the owner of the plaster and they told me it was normal. I didn’t agree and told him I was not happy with the results and I wasn’t going to pay for the plaster upgrade until they fix it. Well month’s pass by and it was just getting worst the pool looked like it was 15 years old. and all this time I’m leaving messages to Ron and no answer. Next thing you know I get served from blue haven for the plaster upgrade money. But we ended up settling for a couple of dollars. I regret doing that because now I’m looking for someone to redo my plaster. I was just tired of dealing with Ron so I took the easy way out. So hopefully this review will help anyone wanting to do business with this company.

We used this company this past year and was very pleased. It's a ton of work and I think it's best to be patient when doing a huge project. I kept close communication with my project manager. We had a kidney shaped pool done. Would

We just completed our pool. We did a 40 foot pool that is a play Pool, which was such a great decision. This last weekend was our first week having company I was hesitant to do the shallow like pool, but this past weekend made it all seem perfect.! I highly recommend this company very easy to get in touch with them!

I contacted Blue Haven through their online request option. Within a day or so Fernando reached out to me to schedule a Zoom meeting to go over my pool project. After the meeting he said he would get a bid to me and a 3D image of my project. This was September 21, 2021. Couple weeks go by and nothing so I email him. He responds that he is getting ready to work on my project. So I wait again. Then a week later he emails that he wants to come to my house to see the site. We set up a date and time and he doesn't show up. I email him again and he claims he didn't see my email and wants to reschedule. I say sure when. He never responded. I emailed him back today and told him to forget about it. My confidence with this company is gone and wish I would have looked at the reviews before even contacting Blue Haven because I wouldn't have had Fernando wasting my time. I have found another pool contractor that actually cares about their customers.

Blue haven started the construction of our pool almost 11 months ago and it still isn’t finished. The pool they built is lovely and we are happy with the construction so far. BUT they cannot seem to get it together. They are the worst at giving information, communicating or even responding. No one explained the process or what was involved in the construction. This was a major endeavor and the entire backyard was basically destroyed, we had to figure out how to put it back together, which, of course, cost more money than we had anticipated. We had a gas line in the backyard but no one bothered to look for it initially before cutting out concrete down the entire side of the house to run the gas line from the front, of course replacing the concrete was not included in the cost, and then said “oh ya that is a gas line” when we asked them to look. There was no communication on what was involved, what to expect or even who to communicate with. We get that due to the pandemic there would be delays but there were delays on everything and we were given no time frames. We did not have an expectation that the pool would be finished in a few months and 6 months would have been acceptable but it’s almost been a year and we are still waiting. A neighbor started their pool construction while ours was going on and start to finish was 3 months. And now we see them enjoying their backyard while we sit and wait some more. We had to email, call, text after not hearing from anyone for weeks at a time. We were given the wrong information about alarms needed to pass inspection and then were told “oh well since you didn’t know what to do I will email you the instructions now”, that caused another 3 week delay. After 11 months you would think they would want to just finish the project and make our pool a priority but it has now been another 3 weeks of waiting for the last phase of plastering. No one calls or emails for updates, no one says they have tried to contact them again, nothing. We have gone from frustrated to annoyed to irritated to just angry now. No one seems to care , one person in the office has apologized. We have had a port a potty sitting on our lawn for 11 months and when we asked them to remove until construction continued they said they couldn’t until the pool was finished, our neighbors are annoyed that it has been on our lawn for a year. The general contractor accused us of not being “fair” when asked about a price for a different kind of stone, we just wanted him to explain, we were not arguing about the price just an explanation of the price. And we never got one. I would really think twice about hiring blue haven unless you have the time to call, text, email on a daily basis and do not care how long it takes and don’t want communication. Just very poor basic customer service and business standards

Blue Haven has been awesome to work with, everything was finished before our expected end date. Our dig date was on April 4th and we were able to jump in out pool July 20th. A huge thank you to Wyatt the Operations Manager. He helped coordinate each step. Wyatt answered all my questions quickly, he was always there no matter how many times we called. I would truly recommend to anyone. Thank you all for helping us create our dream pool. Blue Haven earned 5 stars from this family!
