I do not normally write reviews but I just wanted to say Thank you David you answered all of our questions and were very professional and through in explaining the steps you would be taking to get our restroom back in shape for us.

The customer service was amazing, had lots of questions and murie was super helpful and polite.

Lawrence was awesome with water damage removal to the walls and floor. Bringing dryers and taping the areas to keep the dust to one area while removing and cleaning the drywall and floor removal and making sure everything was very clean when he was finished.

Anthony and Lorenzo did a fantastic job of moving all of our furniture and boxes from our garage back to the house. They have our sincere thanks for a job well done.

I highly recommend Haven Restoration , David is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team came out immediately and performed just as described . David and the Haven team are excellent with communication, prompt and professional.

We bought our first house from a hoarder who left her house an absolute filthy mess. It was about as bad as it gets, from impossibly stained carpet and calcified showers all the way down to the filthy refridgerators which hadn't been scrubbed in years. I called Haven Cleaning and Restoration for a price. Haven responded back several times with multiple further questions, a competitive quote, and would be able to be out within four days of my initial call.

On cleanup day, Alex and his crew arrived and spent a whole day working on our mess of a house. Upon finding out we had a new baby as well, they put in even more effort to try to get the house as spotless as it could be for my infant daughter. They spent the entire day working on house, but when daylight ran out, they volunteered to return in the morning to finish the job. They even cleaned both our disgusting fridges, which had not been in the original deal. The dedication to their craft was evident, and we would easily recommend them for any our your housing cleanup needs.

I dont even know how to begin, I am so thankful for haven c&r they are the best at what they do. I had called around different places and when I called havens cleaning and restoration i feel 100% comfortable that I decided to go with them because they explained everything so well but most of all, the mess that was there before they got there is all gone, great pricing and amazing experience.

They responded to our call for help immediately when a pipe broke and flooded the bathroom during a weekend. We were pleased with the quick response for the clean up. They removed the damaged sink and wood and replaced everything. The bathroom looks amazing!
