New Haven did exactly what they promised. They were always available and prompt. They were courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. My project Manager was Andrea and she took care of everything. I give Andrea and New Haven an A+ all around.

Horrible customer service, they did not know what my job entitled, I had the secretary call me and tell me she was giving me an allowance to purchase tile for by bathroom when I never had tile prior to the damage. She had no idea what was needed to be repaired or what was there before. She was very rude and did not reply to my tx, I asked to talk to the owner several times will not let me speak with him. Told me my job was small and would be done in a weeks and a half it’s been a month and my bathroom is not done and to top thing off now I find out that the huge hole in the ceiling was not even added to the initial quote. It has been a month from hell trying to get my bathroom repair done from these people but guess what they sure keep asking for more money !!!!!! I do not want anyone else to go what I went thru I will not refer this company to anyone. Beware of the head ache!!!

We had a flood in our house three weeks after we did a complete remodel of our house . Everything was brand new in our house which would come in handy because we had pictures of everything perfect before this company started our job and ruined our house. Mercury took on our claim and we went with their recommend company Haven cleaning . They originally came out to give us a quote which ended up being around $15,000 to fix all the damages. They told us someone would be out to start the following week and that the job would take no more than three weeks. The week came and went . They had originally given us the name of the guy who would be doing the job. Once he didn't show up they said that another guy needed to come out and look at the job because he now was going to do the work. That guy came out and looked at it and then we sat again for another week. The first time they came out was the beginning of October to give us the total and to look at the job. They gave us Saad to manage the job along with David and then finally Alex .Saad was the most arrogant, condescending person I have ever dealt with . When someone finally came out to start the work we could tell right away they were not used to doing this kind of work. One of the guys from the original crew working on the house said that this isn't his normal job that he works on jukeboxes for a living. The first crew ruined my brand new staircase along with our walls , faucets and more . One of the helpers decided to take one of my mops Because he had spilled paint all over my brand new floors and mopped it up and drained the paint into my new sink with my new garbage disposal. We have that all on video along with other videos from our inside and outside cameras. This crew tried to texture the walls and didn't know how to do it so they had to redo it three times. Each time there's a huge line in the middle of the wall. They told us to get a particular vanity gave us a size and everything and then try to tell us it's too big and they have to cut it. I had just paid $3000 for this vanity. Then the real fun comes. One night I go upstairs and the guy forgot to seal the plumbing so it was leaking all over the floor. I caught it just in time before it spread to the other rooms but it had soaked the entire bathroom. That was the first time they flooded my house. At this point we told them we did not want this crew on our job. They finally got a new crew on our job which you could also tell had no idea what they were doing. We were staying at a hotel and I was so uncomfortable leaving them in my house because they kept damaging everything that I insisted on coming home. That same night I walked in my garage and my ceiling was gushing water again through the garage. I ran upstairs and wouldn't you know it they flooded my house for the second time. They wanted to keep working on the job so they sent out their guys to dry it but they only dried it overnight instead of what they should have done for three nights . They continued working over the water . Eventually We started smelling mold in there. My insurance adjuster said she had never seen anything like this. In fact Haven was kicked off every single job they had from mercury insurance and they no longer are a referred contractor by Mercury insurance . Not just because of my job but several others that they had screwed up. I finally fired this company and had my original contractors come out. They had to pull up the floors and what they found was mold all under the brand new marble they had tear it out because they did not dry it after they flooded it. They had to cut out my brand new vanity and all of the flooring and my shower. This job has been going on for almost 8 months now. I had to hire an attorney because Haven caused $45,000 of damage to my house. They also tried to cover up not drywalling the entire wall to the ground and put up baseboards to cover up the bottom which was open as well. They spilled paint all over my brand new vinyl floors and it can't come up. So now we have to rip all those out as well.

Haven Cleaning and Restoration was so great to work with! Andrea, especially! She made sure we were taken care of, and communicated with us every step of the way. I’d definitely recommend them!

Dont buy into this company. Alex makes promises that are not kept. Most of the crew are illegal. I had to out source work to finish my house. Byron is the crew manager but you will never see him. Stay away !!!

maybe you will remember who I am after I post this. Like so many bad reviews that u get I'm just another customer that u left with an unfinished home and left us unsatisfied. U left us with an unfinished kitchen and didn't finish our stairs. You guys would hardly show up to work on my house and when they did it was minor work but always wound up damaging something. Do you not remember that you told me that you would replace my floor tile. Fix my fan? I told you that I had open hear surgery and need my kitchen as soon as possible but that didn't matter to you. It took us almost a year to finally find someone to finish what u left. Alex should never tell customers that " we will leave your home like it was before the damage ". But that didn't happen did it ? And you still sent David to strong arm us for money that we supposedly owed you. Do u remember now ???

Haven Cleaning and Restoration was hired by my insurance company to do the construction of my home after a flood. They worked 1 1/2 days only and on the last day of their work one of the contractors asked for their check for payment. I told them my insurance company hired them so you should talk to them about payment. My insurance company paid everyone involved , from demolition people, the housing people , the environmental testing people and the list goes on. Haven Cleaning and Restoration is now pursuing a lien for $7000 on my house and refuse to work with my insurance company to get this settled. I have no clue about how to handle this process and I have just a few weeks left before the lien takes affect and they can sell my house for payment which sound absolutely ludicrous. I didn't hire them and I wouldn't recommend anyone to hire them when they refuse to work with the home owner and the insurance company to solve the problem.

In response to your response: Mercury Insurance company never explained to me that one of the checks that was sent to me 1 ½ months before you even started work on my place, was to be used to pay anyone. I had $22,000 worth of stuff damaged in the flood so those checks that were sent to me early on I assumed were for the items I lost in the flood. I still never received everything from the insurance company as of today, let alone having to pay out $7000 to your company. After this incident was brought to their attention from me, then any other checks that I received that were to pay other vendors were made out to both the vendor and myself making it clear what the money was to be used for. And I wasn't unwilling to work with you, I always said you should be paid too, but the insurance company caused this problem by not communicating verbally or practically with the checks initially given to me. Why as a homeowner would I even think that I would be responsible to pay anyone from an insurance claim when the insurance company handles everything including hiring everyone to do the job. I contacted Mercury Insurance and asked to speak with Destinees manager but I never heard from her either so I opened up a complaint with the CA Department of Insurance since no one at Mercury wants to speak with me about this.

You need to be compensated for your work as much as I need compensation for my losses in the flood. I just don't know the ropes of the insurance business so now I'm in a time crunch because of that lien you put on my house. And by the way, I was back in Wisconsin from August 24, 2020 through October 4, 2020 helping my mom with her property so I didn't even catch wind of this until mid October not leaving me a whole lot of time to deal with it. I'm so frustrated with everyone now because I can't seem to get help from anyone on this issue.

My plumber recommended me to Haven Cleaning when I asked him for a company that worked with quality and that I can rely on. I talked to Andrea on the phone and she was great, then the guys came to work in my house and i am very happy with the work. I will most definately recommend to any one looking for a company that works with high standards. Thank you.

My kitchen got flooded and there was so much water everywhere I did not even know where to begin to clean, the more my wife and I cleaned the more the water was coming out from under the tile and it was a bad situation at midnight! My daughters googled a company and Haven showed up they were near by and they were very responsive to the situation. Thank you, I had to leave a review because people should know about them they are great! Outstanding services.

Came home one day to a flooded house. Called my insurance and was referred to Heaven Cleaning and Restoration Inc. from the first moment I called they were incredibly helpful and honorable to their word. They came immediately, took care of all the packing and began drying the house. once all the restoration was done my house looked unrecognizable. Recommend recommend recommend! They will do what needs to get done in reasonable amount of time!

Carol and Diane came out to do our cleaning after Bamboo insurance assigned them to us and they did an incredible job. Would recommend them and use them again.

David,Alex,& Jorge are very helpful.We had a bad water damage that all our flooring had to be changed and parts of the house repainted. They understand all our concerns and help us all the way from dealing with insurance and renovating the house. They respond to our inquiries,listen to our complaints and send appropriate people to fix. They made sure our house is a safe place for us to live. A good company overall.

I wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment with one of Havens restorations contractors named Anthony. It has been around 7 or 8 months, and he approached me to do a restroom remodel in corona. I went checked it out, gave a price that we agreed on, started the project, and received a starting payment of not even half. Invested my own income to finish this project. Now that the project has been finished, he has been postponing the final payment for some months, which is very unprofessional as a contractor working for a big company with a good reputation as i read on the comments. I did reach out to the company and spoke to David, which unfortunately could not give me Anthony's contractors license number to report him to the contractors board. I did my part, but unfortunately, he did not keep up with his contact, which concerns me and makes me wonder how many other people he has taken advantage of?? Workes that work for him and dont get paid??? I know it does not completely fall on this company, but it is a contractor they work with.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by Haven Cleaning and Restoration. We had severe water damage that was initiated in a bathroom and caused damage to the hallway, living room, and dining room. Haven Cleaning was worked quickly and diligently to repair the damage at hand. They installed floors, drywall, cabinetry, and painted throughout. They put out top quality work and professionally took care of every detail to get the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this company for your home repair needs.

After searching online I came across Haven Cleaning and Restoration.... so glad I did. They made me feel better after I had a leak in the bathroom and my new floors were destroyed. I was worried about mold but they assured me they would be able to handle it and they did. Everyone was great and responded quickly to any needs I had and even worked with my insurance. Thank you David and team for the excellent customer service... You all helped make this terrible situation easy and painless- couldn't be happier with the final results!

The company finished new tile, partial dry wall installation after water damage. Jorge and Marlon had done very satisfactory work, on time. I recommend them if you have similar damage at your home.

Our kitchen and dining room needed to be restored because of burst water pipe. We were referred by AAA. From the initial contact with Jason, their internal adjuster to all the workers they sent, it was a pleasure to do business with this company. The painter and dry walkers did an outstanding job and immaculate clean up. The kitchen cabinet woodworkers also did an excellent job.

The contractors (Jorge and Malo) were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, etc. They always showed up on time. They cleaned up at the end of the day. They answered any questions we had, explained things to us; and kept us updated every step of the way. I love and am very satisfied with the work they performed.
