We used this company this year for our pool and spa! We were very happy with the results, and it was completed just in time for summer use! Very pleased with Wyatt who was always there informing us of the next steps in completing the pool process and Wyatt answered all our questions and concerns. Thank you Blue Haven Ontario CA and Wyatt and all the crew that made this happen!

This was the second new pool that Blue Haven built for me and both installations from start to finish were outstanding! The people doing the work were all friendly and did quality work. Wyatt was extremely helpful throughout and always communicated in a timely manner. They started work in September of 2021 and finished in February 2022, which during Covid was great. I never had to rag on them to get them back out. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Love our pool!

Blue haven did excellent work with building pool and were very transparent with making sure the install was done right and making sure us as the customer were happy.

We used this company this year! We were very happy with the results of our pool! We had about 6 estimated before we decided who we were goin with. We had a play pool put in at the deepest part being 5.5 feet. Very pleased! Thank u blue have Ontario!

We just had a rectangle pool with a jacuzzi! We also added a retaining wall, fire bowls, fire pit and decking with sitting area. I highly recommend this company! They did great job!

We absolutely love our pool. They finished just in time for Summer. We have been enjoying our pool all summer long.
Wyatt was great at answering all our questions and concerns.

They said they would complete the pool within 65 days of dig day and it's now day 100+ without counting weekends or holidays and we are on step 3 of 6 🤦🏾‍♀️ worst incompetence I've ever seen in a professional company. We've had a huge trench in our backyard the entire time that makes our backyard a very dangerous place and they just don't care.

Update:

My neighbors have now also started a pool, they have gotten permits, dig, filtration system, gunite and deck in first 3 weeks... what took this company from November to now May has taken that company 3 weeks. So it can be done in a timely manner. It's just not this company. I'm glad I have something to compare it to. If you want to know the name of my neighbors company message me. Go with them.

Our experience with Blue Haven Ontario was wonderful, everyone was hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. We loved that we received design photos of what Our backyard paradise would look like. Our pool looks amazing! We would highly recommend blue haven to family and friends. Quality workmanship through entire job!

From their design team, contractors, and project management staff, all did an outstanding job. Special recognition to Wyatt and David who always showed consideration to the homeowner’s wishes.

The process from start to finish was easy even with a few issues that came up with getting the permit. That was a problem caused by the city. Any other problems were solved in a manner satisfactory to all parties. All responses to inquiries were received promptly. Highly recommend the service. Wyatt was fantastic!

Our project manager Wyatt kept everything running smoothly. The crews that Wyatt brought, plumbers, plasterers ECT were professional and very hard working.
When we had questions Wyatt was always easy to reach and able to resolve or explain the issue.
We actually did get 3 estimates and chose Blue Haven.

Having to deal with the lack of communication and the super slow movement while working with a 2-man crew was incredibly frustrating.
Water damage left me with wet cabinets and wet flooring. David n his one guy came and took one day to remove three cabinets, a small wet drywall area and a small flooring area out of the kitchen. Maybe 10 x 10 area. Then came the asbestos test requirement, of course. Not to mention the 6 loud and invasive floor fans. Knowing that the test would come back the next day, no one bothered to schedule-in the continuation of my job. After me asking about continuing, David finally came back and took another full day to remove the rest of the 1st floor flooring. It was laminate! It is like taking off Legos for those who aren't familiar. 2 days work and they billed my insurance almost $8k for those two slow days of work. ServPro Northeast also left me with a damaged ceiling when they took the plastic sheild off and a hand full of staples in the walls AND a scratched refrigerator. I mean, geez, you're supposed to help with the issues, not make new ones. Also, he had mentioned that he would come and show me flooring to replace and also send a quote for the remaining work for the rebuild. Still hasn't happened. If I hadn't done due diligence, I would still have a home in disrepair. I would steer away from this group. Maybe try a different ServPro. If you do decide to use these guys, you will probably encounter the same issues.

They arrived so quick to help with flooding. They were very sensitive with the situation I experienced .

They repaired damage from a roof leak and you can't tell that there was ever any damage
